- Hello #GGSquad, How are you? In this video I share with you my top recommendations from Udaipur. Sightseeing, food & stay, I have included all the highlights.

I love Udaipur. This city gives me peace with the sound of its lake, morning chants and so much more. Below are all the details about the things to do. Please watch the other parts on more information about food and hotel I stayed at.
1. City Palace: The cost of the guide is 300 Rs per person. I highly recommend you take a guide as you will get to minute details too :)
2. Karni Mata Mandir: The cost of the ropeway ride is 110 Rs (to & fro). Please go here for the beautiful city view it offers
3. Dance show: Dharohar is a daily evening Live Rajasthani Cultural show which is being staged since last 19 years. It showcases various popular folk dances like: Gavri, Gorbandh, Ghoomar, Bhawai, Kalbeli, Teerahtaal and Puppet show with the live music. Please ask the locals about timings and reach at least 1 hour before so you get a ticket. It's mostly sold off.
4. Hathipol: Very popular area to buy some cheap jewellery, artistic paintings, shoewear and even some bedsheets.

This is coming from an "Udaipur vasi". This place is heaven. The peace , the beauty , the lakes , the palaces , it's all fantastic. In the morning you go to pichola , feel the coop breeze and then in the evening to sajjangarh to witness the beautiful sunset. This place has got it all.

We should also review these reviewers. Her first food recommendation at Navidiya we tried and here is our experience.
Have a look at the thali. How many dishes here can really pass off as Rajasthani? Tomato soup, paneer, salad, rice, dal, aloo, tandoori/missi roti, gulaab jamun, paapad certainly won't make that cut. What can be really called as Rajasthani food was too little in number and was horribly made. While in Hyderabad, I and my wife had the opportunity to eat at Ohri's Jiva which offers Rajasthani food. So naturally, our expectations from the real Rajasthan (Udaipur) was very high. However, it was a journey and money wasted. The ambience is good. The staff is polite. But you won't remember either of it due to bad quality and overpriced food.

Can you make a video on what to do when you're first time travelling in an airplane and that too internationally ?? I'll be going Germany nxt year. Pls make a detail video on how to board, currency exchange , TO-DOs, notes, avoidable mistakes, luggage weight, price, ticket, visa, passport, language dealing, etc you're European tour videos were good but imo they were not very detailed can you help pooja? I am also from udaipur I visited all the places leavung hotel. And its fathasagar not sai sagar you have not visited here in rainy season at night in fathasagar the gate is open when the water is overflow it looks soo beautiful. And amazing colorful lights. I love udaipur so much
