He did what I told him, and he gave it a few seconds, and was amazed that it worked for him. Another one is to hold your breath while drinking room temperature water.

Why you need to do is stretch the diaphragm. It's a spasm of the diaphragm. A better remedy is to lay on the floor stretch with arms and hands over your head, push with your toes and become as long as possible. Take a breath in and hold it. Works even better if you take a deep breath, push it down towards your feet, then do the lay down and stretch things while still holding the breath. This stretches the diaphragm and keeps it from spasming.
FOR HICCUPS: take a drink of something hold the drink in ur mouth plug ur nose and ears.. while holding ur ears and nose closed swollow the drink and hold for a few seconds. And they should be gone. Idk why this works but it works 95% of the time. Me and my hubby and kids have always done this.
if you’re wondering why the hiccups trick isn’t working it’s bc u need to focus on the breath being a good amount of time while your diaphragm is contracted. to accomplish this make a small hole with your lips so you can get a good contraction without running out of lung space too fast

Ive had multiple surgeries in my life and have chronic pain. Even when my gb failed and in er i was chill! When my endometriosis and pcos was at its worst i never screamed! Muscle spasm like that was horrific!
