- Hey everyone sorry for the delay on the uploading but here’s another little video of me delivering some water melon to Walmart distribution in Arkansas. I dropped off the wife and baby at home for now since they had some important stuff to take care of but I may pick them back up. @@RunningOTR I usually get there around 5am actually! But yeah being that the lady you spoke with in the office was there, (she always gets there before I do) then seeing the sun come up when you left there’s a possibility I was there lol
This is the first video of yours I’ve seen. I’m a local to the area, very cool to see places I’m familiar with in these. If you ever get the chance, stop at the Workman’s truck stop in Ozark for the Hillbilly Hideout restaurant. If you like fried food, that’s the place to be, it’s about 20 miles west of Clarksville. Very good video, I may have to stick around

So im not the only one that gets these early morning am walmart live unloads. Most of my walmart deliveries are 2am-5am. I just did a 3am in los lunas,nm. Idk Florida had had several watermelon farms. At least one had a scale.
Yes sir most Walmarts are random I’m taking a load now to Indiana that delivers at 14:30 so it’s random but I do get quite early morning appointments that’s a fact. Florida has a lot of farms cabbage watermelon flowers and tomatoes the watermelons start in the south and they work their way up north it’s almost over though so it’s pretty disappointing since they don’t pay too bad out of Florida 😃

I’ll have to look and see if I still have them. But I used to carry boat plugs that fit the drain holes. I would put them in from underneath. That way I could take them off while loaded.
Ah that’s a good point too boat plugs I wonder what size is it 3/4 or 1/2 🤷♂️ I usually just collect the styrofoam and use them it helps quite a bit to keep the cool temp inside trailer and prevents it from running all day wasting diesel 🤷♂️

Those styrofoam patches you used I have not seen before until today when I did a drop n hook and noticed the trailer I picked up had them. I was like what the heck lol I thought the warehouse associates were messing around and putting them in there lol
Haha hey brother good to see you it’s been a minute, yes sir some places use them to block the holes off when hauling certain items usually meat or produce but I had some nasty trailers that had chicken guts left over feet and blood so I never ever collect them 👎 but all the nice clean one I try and keep them for saving fuel and preventing the reefer from running as much especially if you go to Arizona or Nevada sometimes hauling ice cream it will run 24/7 and keep sending alerts because it can’t keep the temp down low enough usually plugging the holes up with the styrofoam works wonders and there is also those thick blue or white paper towels fold them in half and soak them in water and then over lay it on top of the holes that helps also. That's a good idea to block the holes in the trailer, one hole doesn't look that big but multiply that by 4 and that's a lot of cold air loss. Yes mam it’s definitely a good idea it saves diesel and money rather than turning on often and running all day. Yes I always try to post as much as possible sometimes I’m just busy or exhausted after a long day on the road but I always keep posting for everyone to enjoy 😊 the subs are growing and I’m grateful for all the supporters who always support me since day one ☝️ and you are one of them 😃 and I’m extremely grateful. How’s the loves up there in Clarksville? I think it’s okay. I helped haul dirt there when they were building it when I had my class A permit. Got stuck in a dump truck for a while so I can’t complain, but I’m just an asphalt monkey now laying the streets and highways.

Hello yes they are adding cameras slowly to every truck they did I believe like 150-300 trucks so far and paused it for testing and trial purposes. It definitely isn’t fun and I’m not really up for it but I have no choice I love the company and a camera is there I guess for insurance purposes in case of something they can see what you were doing to save you and themselves 🤷♂️ thanks for watching 😃

Thank you I appreciate you. I’m was never in the military before. I did ROTC in high school and was going to join but other things came up and I couldn’t do it unfortunately which is disappointing.
Yea I know how that can be! In planned on going into the service going through law enforcement training while in and getting out to become a cop on the outside. Things happened and 29 years later I am a year away from retiring from the Veterans Administration as a RN. The military trained be as a cop but I took that discipline a different direction once I got out. Thanks again for the videos and again stay safe out there!
