Just a tip...use the Prisoner's Scarf. It allows you to use melee takedowns on alerted enemies front the front. In an enclosed area you can chain kill an entire room.
If you need to rank up 50 kills with Guapo to upgrade him, just jump in the water where barricuda's spawn. (There is a treasure hunt location in a fishing village with tons of them including sharks in the water, it is the one where you have to remember the fishing boat names and order.) Guapo takes the barricuda fish down in one little bite and they all count towards the objective. As long as he is in the water he will hunt them down. Took only a few minutes and he never died on me😂

Why would you need more ammo? most bases can be taken with less than a mag. Theres the supremo with the revolver rifle that'll see and shoot through cover
Fantastic tips, thanks! Also remember restocking ammo is quick by going into and out of a workbench. No need to actually do anything while in the bench.
Awesome tip regarding alarms... Even if they're those "Bulletproof" ones, you can still shoot them with a high velocity sniper rifle with the armor piercing rounds.
Poison works great for stun locking people also, but something I use constantly that seems like maybe lots of people missed it is the resolver “helicopter”. It’s just sitting at the helipad on Libertads island once you can go there. Thing is smaller than a car so you can land anywhere but also it’s able to fly a foot off the ground to avoid AA cannons even in esperanza(or whatevr main city), plus you can summon it from any boat or heli pick up, cause it floats in water I guess, but just like you can summon Angelito from plane or car pick up only at boats/heli pu’s
You're referring to the Avispa Buzzer. I love it! It makes me smile. And yes, it's exceedingly useful! It's small size allows you to land it on small platforms such as the towers in the 'We're Unjammin' mission. Land on platform. Get out. Smash the panel. Get back in. Fly to the next one. And it has a gun. I say that since a lot of people don't know that. Press A on XBox and just go to town on enemy troops and vehicles, including helos. >:) Btw, since it floats it's considered a boat and therefore it's available at boat kiosks (at least some) as well as all aircraft kiosks. VERY handy! What made me laugh is the fact it can carry anything a large helo can. Utterly unrealistic, but very handy! Btw, if it existed in in reality it wouldn't get off the ground, even unmanned. The ducted fan is simply too small given it's weight, let alone with a pilot, not to mention a passenger. It can even carry the large steel crate of medical supplies up to the Legends camp which made me both smile and laugh. I LOVE it! And is why I only drive cars/trucks, ATV's motorcycles, etc. when absolutely necessary.
@@cassiespencer6134 Yeah. If that thing could fly in reality then I could use my bedside cooling fan to get to work each day, provided I had a long enough power flex of course.

Hi just a Quick note from my experience, i think against planes the mlgs rly do the job but ill prefer the impro weapon that shoots emp much more against helicopters, it not just knocks them out of the sky with 1 hit you can even take it for yourself if it doesnt get destroyed by the impact what rarely happened to me :)
My tip is to USE THE CLASSES i have a movement class with the fire supremo and full parkour set with the mask that lets you do takedowns from the front, a class for soldiers (loud), a class for vehicles (rocket launchers and stuff) and a stealth loadout (dark tech shoes help a lot)
One thing I've not seen mentioned is on consoles (PC too but redundant for this) you can rebind to holds or double presses to streamline controls better. For instance I've mapped changing fire-mode on guns to double press right on the d-pad so I don't have to bring up the weapon wheel to change it during a fight.
@@kadams2822 Awesome! I think ill do that myself now too, really glad developers are giving us the option to bind keys in more games now especially when you can use one button in different ways.
This has always been a thing. I remember being obsessed with it in 3 how you could press y to switch between your two recent weapons and double press was always your sidearm
I don’t like how they handled the ammo types for the bow though, I remember when you could switch what arrow type you were using on the fly but now it’s one until you get to a bench to change it (which is why I just use precision arrows and go for the head)
There's a red light on the dashboard that goes off when your to high and getting tracked in any flying vehicle. Fly low enough till it goes out and your safe .
You can also use bait near workbenches and farm predators until you're capped on hides and trade them. In case it wasnt apparent when you run out of bait use the workbench to refill your bait.
The firework supremo one shots the weaker helicopters, especially once you upgrade it to homing rounds. It demolishes the easy tanks also. The hard ones take two blasts from it
My biggest tip from my experience so far is to spend the time to play special operations. The over clocked weapons you but from the black market are incredibly powerful and well worth the Monedas
If they show up - loads of players are stuck with a bug meaning bought weapons don't show in your inventory. They aren't stronger than the games max power normal handgun, shot gun and rifle either
use the resolver sniper with the explosive tip. scan civilian vehicles. collect all resources around you cause you won't be really using them much until you build guerilla settlements and just collect pesos and not spend them until again you build guerilla settlements
I'm bored that my coop mate always collect all ressources while I wait for him, like you can win thousands of metal in banditos operations or by stealing some ressources truck near by a camp 🤷🏼♂️
*So basically:* *1- don't use rpg against vehicles, instead use lmg with explosive rounds on aircraft, but grenade launcher, or Boba Fett backpack against tanks.* *2- put poison rounds on a sidearm and use it on dogs for high damage.* *3- There's a setting in the weapon wheel to switch firing modes on certain guns.* *4- Pay attention to Operations or something, idk. Especially Los Banditos for rewards.* *5- If you fly an aircraft as low as somewhere around the height of the trees I guess, sometimes AA guns won't attack you.* *6- **5:45** idk, some shit about vehicle upgrades, you tell me...* *7- Upgrading Hunter's Lodge will give you missions to hunt rare animals for rewards like guns and rare crafting materials, plus some other shit **8:10**.*
For airborne vehicles instead of shooting it down with a weapon with blast rounds you can instead use a weapon with EMP rounds. Weapons like Bows or a certain grenade launchers are able to attach this mod on it
Farcry hasn't fixed the issue where you can't bomb a place and fly too far away from it. Meaning you can't fly not even 50 feet away or everything will respawn & your work is nonexistent. Pretty annoying when you like flying and bombing. I've had the same issue even on the ground. I tag all enemies, come out 50 yards or less to snipe, kill everyone, only to come back and new (or the same) enemies are respawning. Kind of annoying
Great channel. Not like many others jumping on the bandwagon of trying to hate on the game. There is no game out right now that is new and looks as good as is this much pure madness and fun!!
El Pequeno is way more fun to use on helicopters imo. I'm running El Muro, El Pequeno, La Varita with Triador Supermo(might have gotten the name wrong), and armor piercing ammo, they are pretty fun to use but a little harder since the ammo types are limited. La Varita should have default armor piercing rounds so stupid they left it the default round.
Quick tip. Dont use explosive bullets. instead armor piercing, and shoot under the helicopter rotor. ez kill. Tip Nr2. Flank the tank and shout its back where there is a fuel tank. again armor piercing bullets. it will melt with mostly any full auto gun
for ride upgrades i recomend the resitica armor plate and the prox mine launcher u can easily 1v1 a tank and win its also makes it a great cover espeacliy vs choppers u take almost no damage
I think Grenade Launchers with EMP rounds are just as good at taking down choppers as LMGs with armor-piercing ammo, if not better. They're also very good at disabling tanks. I think LMGs are best at taking down planes, though.
In the most recent update you don't even need to have specialized weapons that have certain ammo types because you can just switch between them in the same way you switch firing modes.
Huge mistake everyone is doing is killing enemies in compounds wishing they stay dead and not respawning immediately like they do now. Can't believe Ubisoft thought this was a great idea. I loved clearing out the compounds and then go do the mission inside the compound but now you just kill everyone in front of you until you reach your objective.
Correct me if I'm wrong, haven't played 6 yet. Doesn't that add more replayability? I enjoy games where if im bored I can go back and clear out camps n such, I do it in assassin's creed and ghost of tsushima, or did I read it wrong and misunderstand
My personal favorite and best way of taking people down is using any assult rifle with a suppressor, also do not forget to use armor peirceing rounds for a silent and deadly outcome
Would love to see a video of all the different scopes / sights. There’s no way of knowing what they look like until spend resources on them. Can’t find any information anywhere that shows them.
@@mongoose7171 I like the first scope you get on the first sniper rifle you get with the X on it like I really want to put that on a more high powered rifle and light some shit up with it
Also shooting the gas tank on the back of the tank drops its health super fast and when you scan enemies it also tells you what they are weak to and all vehicles are weak to blast rounds and all vehicles have an actual weak spot. Also once you get all of the resolver weapons you can sell uranium for rare materials super easy to get. Also the buzzer can move around very nimbly around the anti-air guns and it floats on water. Also for vehicles parts there really only a few you need the vehicles do a ton of damage without upgrades if you are hurting on vehicles parts. Another tip would be go around and blow up boats the best plow and blast round guns are both from boats
AND do you have ANOTHER tip to ALSO find better weapons AND a fast way to gain easy money AND resources while I'm ALSO doing side missions and playing ANOTHER game.....
@@mike_gusta2994 buying the guerilla garrison unlocks the ability to purchase weapons for yaran pesos i usually just trade everything i have because you literally pick up scraps and metals all over the place
Gain any EMP item ≥ Disable Tank to Hijack by climbing on top and pressing R3 ≥ Deliver Tank to Vehicle Spawn Station ≥ You can now spawn your own tank whenever you want ≥ Kill most vehicles in one shot with tanks main gun ≥ Equip Scrounger Shoes to automatically acquire items while driving a vehicle. You'll go on a rampage and get more than enough vehicle parts from destroyed vehicles for every upgrade in an hour or two.
Tip for new people try unlock the bow and equip the EMP arrows! Stops the helicopters in literally seconds! (Last’s only a few seconds) Just be sure to take out the pilot! After he crashes. Also just equip all Armour piercing rounds on all guns, sorted!
You don't need to look at the weapon wheel to change the firing type of your gun - at least not on PC. You can just hit 'K' while holding the weapon and it will change it as well.
To be honest, the game isn't hard at all, just chill and play. I guess majority of players will not have issue survive at all. I think the best thing I did in the game is, after like 30% progress, completed Madrudaga part, I learn all the basic mechanics of the game, I disable every single assist and HUD in the game. It became MUCH more immersive and fun. I start to focus on what I actually see, instead of just the radar, hit marker, stealth (being seen) meter, global icons etc. PS: No reticle could be difficult for somebody before gun equipped with laser pointer, but I still strongly recommend it.
My own tip: Grenade launcher with emp rounds, never again will you struggle with any vehicle, the planes, helicopters and land vehicles cripple under it and it kills the people inside, apart from tanks, but if you shoot bthek with it and get to the cockpit you can do a grenade takedown on it, problem solved
I didn't like 6 as much as 5 but these tips may change that. I think I'll restart the game and use some of these. I'm currently level 11 and the highest rated weapon I have is level 4.
I’ve noticed that the resolver that launches fireworks mostly one shots every vehicles and if you get the lock on upgrade it is very good for blowing up vehicles
No reason to worry about ammo , just use armor piercing headshots. No use to worry about vehicles use emp, 1 shot it's down and you can easily hijack or destroy tanks with 1 arrow. My loadout is 2 bows (1 armor piercing 1 emp) , the deagle for fights and one special weapon which I rarely use. Pro tip equip throwing axes + throwing knives with the gloves that auto target the knives and axes for the ultimate guerilla killing machine for short AND mid range.
Also adding to to your first tip The fire work launcher (not sure the exact name but it’s near the top right corner of the resolver “tab”) like if it hits all of the fire works it can take out a tank or a helicopters
Im having a blast,i can't believe this is a Ubisoft game, they outdid themselves but my 1 gripe is theres too much ammo types to worry about,I don't wanna keep breakin immersion by pausing to change guns out i just shoot with whatever
@@Scotsmaninspain Well, I am running around with a backpack and a rifle that effectively grant wallhack for a decent duration ;P If that's not immersive, I don't know! Been doing that all the time irl.
Armor piercing is your friend. Of course it will deal less damage. But still 1 (max 2 hit very rarely) to headshot. Bodyshot also kill fast (a little bit spongy but at least we are not wasting time changing weapon). I use 3 type, sniper+explosive+ghost yara weapon. Kill everything.
because that's how AP rounds work in real life. A bullet's ballistic damage is based on how much the round spreads/ rotates. AP rounds don't flatten when they hit a target so unless a vital organ is directly hit, it won't do much. Hollowpoint rounds spread out to like the size of a quarter and annihilate soft tissue
@@justinb3209 Still though, if you hit bone or organs, they wouldn't been running to an alarm with lightning speeds. AP rounds or not, if I fire an entire magazine into someone's center mass, they should go down. Also, if we are talking about realism, its not unreasonable to assume you could carry a few mags of each time to switch on the go.
@@hungryyaoguai7420 you would be surprised how little damage AP bullets do. If they don't hit the heart or the CNS, adrenaline will keep someone in the fight for awhile. Even a kill shot to vital organs like the liver/ kidneys will not drop a target souped on adrenaline immediately. You can find some horror stories of people taking 15-20 rounds of 9mm or 556 and continuing to fight. Also in the game, if you dump an entire mag center mass, they do indeed go down regardless of ammo type. As for switching ammo types, yes I wish, FC5 was like that you stored different ammo types to use whenever
@@justinb3209 OK, you make some good points. I will give you that. It's true that I exaggerated some points due to how unhappy I am about the changes they made to the game. At the very least, I would've liked to be able to switch ammo types in the field, but I also would've preferred to not have specific ammo types for each enemy at all. No matter the realism. With games, striving for realism isn't always the best idea. Not all players want realism, a lot of players just want to enjoy the game and realism isn't always fun. Thats not to say that other players don't enjoy the new style and thats awesome for them. I certainly wouldn't want all games to cater to certain players, but Far Cry has always been styled more towards being a badass who can single handedly wreak absolute havoc on enemy bases and learning newer fun skills to do it with. Instead of reshaping the Far Cry series entirely and changing it to something the current player base may not like, they could've taken a number of different routes such as making the ammo specific enemies optional through different difficulty modes. Removing the skill tree was just a bad idea all around, so idk about that one. They also could've just made a separate game that isn't Far Cry and styled that one to be more realistic for the players who prefer that style of game. For me and a lot of others, it took away many of the things I genuinely enjoyed about the game. I don't mind added challenge to games, but when those challenges are implemented in ways that feel more like a bunch of hindrances and annoyances, it kills the fun for me and I hate to see that in a series that was once one of my favorites. Tl/Dr. Yes, the specific ammo types does add realism, but realism isn't always the best route to take and changing a well established series so dramatically affects the players who genuinely loved the previous formula and bought the game expecting a game that improved upon that formula instead of reshaping it entirely.
You know ur an og far cry fan when u straight up ignore all the new upgrade systems, animal buddies, resource gathering techniques, ect cuz all we truly need is an silenced assault rifle, takedowns and grenade launcher to beat the entire game. It’s all we needed back in far cry 3, it’s all we need now.
I have played them all countless times. I like to get my monies worth and each playthrough just gets better and betters as you know where you are and can know relatively what is going to happen. Later games do have a sense of random though. Just a little. I started to play FC6 when it came out but I wasn't feeling it. I think the term is "Far Cry Fatigue", I definitely had it. I tried it again a few months later when my brain said to me "Lee, you haven't completed FC6, what is wrong with you?" So I tried again, same result. These past few weeks totalling up to 73 hours, I completed it. It's good, it's really good. It has everything from all the previous games in one apart from certain elements that are in FC, FC2, FC Primal, FC Blood Dragon. You will know what I mean if you ever had malaria or came across mutated people in underground experimental facilities or had an owl as a camera. Just as I was at the final stages of FC6 it all clicked. I was playing it wrong. I am now on New Game+ immediately after completing it. I wish I had started fresh but am way to long into it so I will complete it again. Then I will have playthrough 3, start again and go Guerrilla. This video is going to help a lot because I know what you are talking about now. Cheers, looking forward to round 3 ! I had fatigue, I am over it now.

Don't do the spec ops operation where you get the decontaminant gun and the stranger things dlc until you have finished the treasure hunts: 1. High supply (mogote foothills) 2. A little birdie told me (promise peaks) Because if you do you won't get the rewards from those treasure hunts. It happened to me on my first play through and to a whole lot of other people I found on reddit. I decided to restart the game because I could not get the full arsenal with all the weapons. Even though I was at 80 percent of the game completed tldr: if you make this mistake you won't be able to get these two honestly great guns.
1 shot from the resolver weapon Pyrotechno locks on and takes down any vehicle. Best main weapon - #1 - SSGP-58 with large cylindrical suppressor, Resolver ACOG 5x, gut wrenching and Trigger Discipline. Honorable mention MS16L - Same mods, slightly more powerful, but magazine capacity of 15 is limiting. 1 headshot from either takes down anything with armor piercing rounds and anything other than a silenced headshot is a mistake that leads to swarming, even low-level enemies have a little bit of bullet sponge going on. Worst weapon - #-1 Snipers - IRL they are far more powerful than rifles, with a .50 caliber round out of a long-barreled sniper delivering 15,000 ft-lbs of energy while a .556 from the 16-inch barrel of a rifle barrel will deliver about 1100 (IRL that's 7.3% of the energy), but in FC6 a long-barreled sniper with .50 caliber ammo is far less powerful than .556 from a rifle. Honorable mention - rocket launchers - large helicopters and tanks deplete your ammo and may not destroy the vehicle, but cheap roadside fireworks fired from the Pyrotechno will 1 shot every vehicle in the game and track the target. Overall, game is redundant, the same enemies over and over and over in virtually identical checkpoints and bases. Weekly insurgency challenge is the same ol, same ol, same enemies, same checkpoints, same bases. Ubisoft didn't even bother to phone FC6 in, they texted it in with shorthand.

Tip for everyone. Disregard almost everything this man said. The only bullets you need are armor piercing and you headshot everyone. Including the dogs they go down in 1 hit. Explosives are very hit and miss. Tanks are vulnerable enough from the back that you can destroy them with an smg with explosive bullets. DON'T FORGET THAT YOU CAN EQUIP ANY GUN IN YOUR ARSENAL OR ANY PIECE OF CLOTHING ON THE FLY WHILE YOU'RE FIGHTING. You can fully adapt to any situation easily. The best stealth weapon in the game is noisy: it's the revolver rifle that comes with the magical supremo. With the supremo active it shoots through cover you can down a full outpost from hidden inside a closet

SKS can handle helicopters and tanks fairly easily because it's a beast of a Gun. But the best solution to everything is getting the Triada quest gun and supremo. I walked into a high level base loaded with enemies, and cleared the whole area in about 10 seconds. It's OP and easy to get.
The burst and auto have so much recoil, and you end up wasting so much ammo, I normally just do single shot, which is fine, I seem to save so much ammo that way.
To get the hardest materials for crafting in the game go hunting for animals and use certain pieces of gear and u will have more than u will ever need sooooo fast!
@@connorstiles1001 You're referring to the Avispa Buzzer which is the best flying vehicle in the game. And what many don't realize is it does in fact have a machine gun, with unlimited ammo.
Btw, since it floats it's considered a boat and therefore it's available at boat kiosks (at least some) as well as all aircraft kiosks.
In the PC version of FC6 they literally give you this helicopter on the 2nd base.
@@cassiespencer6134 Yeah. If that thing could fly in reality then I could use my bedside cooling fan to get to work each day, provided I had a long enough power flex of course.
@@MTMabowels Perhaps someday hydrogen fuel technology will mature to the point it's feasible for use as a propulsion system for either homebuilt or even experimental category aircraft. Btw, I'm a pilot and find the subject interesting even as it exists in the game at present.
That small chopper only appears in boat menu.
This. I used EMP grenades for copters and tanks.
I use emp arrows on the recurve bow to deal with planes and helicopters or la sorpresa and remote emps for tanks etc.

Great tip I did this with holstering my weapon because there was no way to do this on a horse but double press ⬛ and boom no more gun
@@kadams2822 Awesome! I think ill do that myself now too, really glad developers are giving us the option to bind keys in more games now especially when you can use one button in different ways.
I always use 1 shot. More accurate, and I can practice finger swiftness for....other activities.
Well at least you can change ammo type in combat now.
I have one arrow type per bow and you can change bows out without being at a bench.
I never understood this complaint, I've ALWAYS been able to just swap my ammo type on the fly. Maybe you're just using a Unique variant.
The hard ones take two blasts from it
Helis: use la varita tanks: knock off the gas tank on the back and shoot the engine with la varita. La varita rocks
Just use emp arrows. One shot disable and land. Hijack the tank and demolish everything

This is by far the best Far Cry 6 video on youtube. Narrator actually shows parts of the actual game mechanics.
My biggest tip from my experience so far is to spend the time to play special operations. The over clocked weapons you but from the black market are incredibly powerful and well worth the Monedas
The Monedas JAJAAJJA

pesos are pretty useless unless you you wanna just buy up the guns and gear lol
@@michaelmarvin6293 I spent 2 days collecting resources and pesos so I can upgrade and buy everything before I continue the main story
I'm bored that my coop mate always collect all ressources while I wait for him, like you can win thousands of metal in banditos operations or by stealing some ressources truck near by a camp 🤷🏼♂️
Same for pesos, it's fast to buy or find everything in the game so you should buy what you want directly
Dude take out helicopters and vehicles with the blast arrow on any simple bone arrow. 1 or 2 shots and game over.. Tons of ammo and and fast reloads
I just use El Pequeño lol
Or you could use EMP ammo in a grenade launcher and one shot them consistently
Bone arrow? Is that related to bone apple tea?
*So basically:*
*1- don't use rpg against vehicles, instead use lmg with explosive rounds on aircraft, but grenade launcher, or Boba Fett backpack against tanks.*
*2- put poison rounds on a sidearm and use it on dogs for high damage.*
*3- There's a setting in the weapon wheel to switch firing modes on certain guns.*
*4- Pay attention to Operations or something, idk. Especially Los Banditos for rewards.*
*5- If you fly an aircraft as low as somewhere around the height of the trees I guess, sometimes AA guns won't attack you.*
*6- **5:45** idk, some shit about vehicle upgrades, you tell me...*
*7- Upgrading Hunter's Lodge will give you missions to hunt rare animals for rewards like guns and rare crafting materials, plus some other shit **8:10**.*
Thanks for this summary.
💀 Best comment on here lol and thanks BTW 😅🤣😂
Well played sir
It really doesn't matter really what weapons you use as most of the weapons are just reskinned copies of each other anyway with marginal difference
Which is sad
People hate this game? I've been addicted to it for the past few weeks
Not being able to snipe helo pilot's is bs.
You can, I think you have to break the glass
Maybe it's bullet proof glass, I mean this is a military your fighting. Other than that idk 😐
If you break the windows with blast rounds you can then snipe them out lol
Absolutely
you can on the smaller buzzer choppers, the big bois have bulletproof glass
El Pequeno is way more fun to use on helicopters imo. I'm running El Muro, El Pequeno, La Varita with Triador Supermo(might have gotten the name wrong), and armor piercing ammo, they are pretty fun to use but a little harder since the ammo types are limited. La Varita should have default armor piercing rounds so stupid they left it the default round.
Try throwing knife and Look for autoaimgloves
Quick tip. Dont use explosive bullets. instead armor piercing, and shoot under the helicopter rotor. ez kill. Tip Nr2. Flank the tank and shout its back where there is a fuel tank. again armor piercing bullets. it will melt with mostly any full auto gun
Another reason why AP rounds are the king
for ride upgrades i recomend the resitica armor plate and the prox mine launcher u can easily 1v1 a tank and win its also makes it a great cover espeacliy vs choppers u take almost no damage
My tip to make the game more enjoyable: do the doctor’s missions (first one should be fishing) so he doesnt call you every 2 seconds
I think Grenade Launchers with EMP rounds are just as good at taking down choppers as LMGs with armor-piercing ammo, if not better. They're also very good at disabling tanks. I think LMGs are best at taking down planes, though.
8 Robb be
In the most recent update you don't even need to have specialized weapons that have certain ammo types because you can just switch between them in the same way you switch firing modes.
Second tip for poison rounds: poison rounds can sometimes make enemys go crazy and they will shoot the other enemys
Well... I destroy the enemy vehicles with my Bow... Explosive for the helicopters and EMP for the tanks... once the tanks are out, I'll hijack them
Huge mistake everyone is doing is killing enemies in compounds wishing they stay dead and not respawning immediately like they do now.
EMP rounds, either with an arrow or grenade launcher does great work to everything, helis, planes, and vehicles.
The triad rifle is also pretty good against helicopters. If you couple it with triad back pack you can just one shot the pilot
Shift fire mode is "K" on PC :-)
My personal favorite and best way of taking people down is using any assult rifle with a suppressor, also do not forget to use armor peirceing rounds for a silent and deadly outcome

I didn’t know the weapon wheel had the full-semi-single shot options! It’s not obvious like in far cry 5 or new Dawn. Glad I saw it on here!
This included some tips that I have not seen elsewhere. It was nice to see them displayed in real time too.
Tip for new people try unlock the bow and equip the EMP arrows! Stops the helicopters in literally seconds! (Last’s only a few seconds) Just be sure to take out the pilot! After he crashes. Also just equip all Armour piercing rounds on all guns, sorted!
If you need to disable a tank or helicopter, emp arrows and grenades are amazing. They also disable security systems as well.
In my experience, amor piercing rounds work fine against a soft target if you get a headshot
I need to try this, I just haven't unlocked the ammo yet
I think theres like weaknesses on vehicles like the engines shoot it for more dmg
Shoot the gas pans under the doors on trucks and itll start to take down its health
Also adding to to your first tip
The fire work launcher (not sure the exact name but it’s near the top right corner of the resolver “tab”) like if it hits all of the fire works it can take out a tank or a helicopters
Aim to fire 9 hip fire for 1
If you do the mission with the Rambo fan you can get Rambo’s bow that has explosive Arrows just 1 and any helicopter is down
Upgrade your canteen as soon as you can, The Buffs Last for Hours In Real life. Running around with a 6 hour Buff is NUTS and Is a BIG BOON.
Im having a blast,i can't believe this is a Ubisoft game, they outdid themselves but my 1 gripe is theres too much ammo types to worry about,I don't wanna keep breakin immersion by pausing to change guns out i just shoot with whatever
I use Armor piercing rounds on every firearm, except one which I loaded with explosives (for vehicles). With that I run pretty good :)
Not really immersive when they've got assassin creed outfits 😂
@@Scotsmaninspain Well, I am running around with a backpack and a rifle that effectively grant wallhack for a decent duration ;P
If that's not immersive, I don't know!
Really don't need to change any ammo types with how painfully easy the game is. We need higher difficulties to make this game fun.
I dont like the different ammo types in the fact that armor piece rounds somehow do less damage to just nornal enemies
because that's how AP rounds work in real life. A bullet's ballistic damage is based on how much the round spreads/ rotates. AP rounds don't flatten when they hit a target so unless a vital organ is directly hit, it won't do much. Hollowpoint rounds spread out to like the size of a quarter and annihilate soft tissue
AP rounds are very strong. Just need one lucky headshot of all your spray to kill.. if you really struggle just mod in body shot damage
1:10 the pirotecno resolver weapon is also very efective against most vehicles, uncluding tanks
To take down helicopters faster you could always use the emp grenades on the Furioso Backpack.

Don't do the spec ops operation where you get the decontaminant gun and the stranger things dlc until you have finished the treasure hunts:
1. High supply (mogote foothills)
2. A little birdie told me (promise peaks)
Because if you do you won't get the rewards from those treasure hunts. It happened to me on my first play through and to a whole lot of other people I found on reddit. I decided to restart the game because I could not get the full arsenal with all the weapons. Even though I was at 80 percent of the game completed

All i need to know is how to get Castillo to not send extra troops when I have taken out all alarms, and I’m just taking one base.

Headshot problem solved. Poison rounds are useless against anything else waste of space to carry that just for dogs....
i like using the into orbit rpg on planes cause it's awesome how fast the rocket chases it down and nails its target
And I believe its hard to take advice from a person that plays on Story mode difficulty, lol.
I use the Assault rifles like snipers when doing the PG-240X for infil and use the firework gun for choppas and tanks

At first it is but it’s such a waste of a supremo especially when another heli can just spawn
Got to rank 15 in two days I just went for capturing every single out post and fnd base before starting the main mission which was right after I completed triad blessings, best way to beat the game. 10/10 build Royal mint with AP, rms-18 with incendiary rounds, lavarita resolver that lets you shoot through walls, compound bow with emp and Oluso Amigo.
Me too. Only my lmg is full auto, and even with that I shoot in small bursts for accuracy
Emp arrows are all you need
To get the hardest materials for crafting in the game go hunting for animals and use certain pieces of gear and u will have more than u will ever need sooooo fast!
If your not using the para buggy every where you go, that's 1 mistake already.
There's a boat/helicopter you can find back on the Libertad HQ that's fast and has great maneuverability that I like to use too
@@connorstiles1001 You're referring to the Avispa Buzzer which is the best flying vehicle in the game. And what many don't realize is it does in fact have a machine gun, with unlimited ammo. In addition, you can fly up to and park within feet of a AAA battery while remaining undetected since you can easily fly at very low altitude (inches if you want) while weaving between trees. It's also very useful for destroying bill boards. Just fly down roads at low altitude and blow them to bits with the gun. And yes there's a reason to do so.

@@connorstiles1001 I wish I/we had more health. J/k I rarely die and if so I use the Medico Supremo and simply resurrect myself.
@@cassiespencer6134 the only time indie is when trying to do the mastery difficulties in The Spec Ops and any other time is due to human error, for example running into a pole with my wing suit or the flying dune buggy hitting the ground after closing the chute too high up
Another tip: forget every other weapon just use the autocrat pistol because it oneshot headshots everyone (generally all AP ammo does)
The Double O is significantly better, especially since it is literally impossible to overheat the suppressor.
My sniper rifle uses poison bullets as well as armor piercing for the sneaky type of taking over a base
There must be a certain sequence of doing things in the game as well. I completed what I thought were the missions to get all the operations leaders but several never showed up and are locked due to what I guess is the mission not completed either properly or in a certain sequence. Also, I have one treasure hunt that didn't work, the one where you have to unplug the generator and move it with a truck to turn on a water pump and open a trap door on the roof. I watch a vid to see if I did something wrong and I didn't. It simply didn't work, so one treasure hunt lost.
I have the same problems!!
Thank you for sharing but I don't know about mistakes or any pros and cons or any other kind of tricks, but this weekend it was free from 4th August to 7th August, so I completed this game in 21 hours, if this game comes in lowest price or any sale comes in future then I'll play with full enjoyment. Loved your videos Thank You for Sharing.
If you have a keen eye and a rifle or a sniper, armor piercing rounds can kill a soldier through a plane or chopper windshield.
I already Platinumed this game on the ps4 version, and im replaying it again on the ps5 version, I didn't know that Hunter lodge is that useful
I just started the game last night. Are the Los Banditos missions basically similar to the Kenway Fleet missions from AC: Black Flag?
