How to make Navaratna Kurma
Carrot - 1 Cup ( chopped )
BEANS - 1/2 Cup ( chopped )
Cauliflower - 3/4 Cup
Potato - 1/2 Cup ( chopped )
Paneer - 1/4 Cup ( chopped )
Apple - 1/2 Cup ( chopped )
pine Apple - 1/2 Cup ( chopped )
Grapes -1/4 Cup
Big onion - 1 Big
green chillies - 2 nos ( chopped)
Water - 2 Cups
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 1 tbs
Water - 2 Cups
Salt ( according to taste )
Cashew nuts - 50gm
Coriander leaves
Cashew nuts - 1/4 Cup
Fresh cream - 1/4 Cup
Sugar - 1 tsp
