David Batra replaced Calle Hellevang-Larsen as a sidekick in season 2 of "Ikveld med YLVIS" in 2012. Calle was a sidekick in seasons 1, 3, 4 and 5. Batra was only in one season of the show due to Calle's commitments with his comedy group «Raske Menn» and their program on a rival Tv-channel. The reason why Batra was chosen as a replacement was that the Ylvis brothers thought it was impossible to replace Calle Hellevang-Larsen with a Norwegian comedian (Batra is Swedish).
