Wow Caleb is such a positive guy! Strong Zack the puppy energy. I kinda feel the vibes of Zack's Japanese VA. I liked his chemistry with Aerith. The church scene acting especially was superb! I'm looking forward to hearing Zack's new lines in Rebirth.

Caleb pierce was my first introduction to zack. I have no complaints. At least those who like his old va can mod crisis core on steam. It's a win win for both eras.

I have only played the newest version of Crisis Core and Caleb bought his infectious positivity to the role. Made me absolutely love Zack and how that playfulness rubs off onto Aerith. I'm so happy we get to hear more Zack in Rebirth ❤

Hey Caleb I just want to say you did a Phenomenal Job as Zack. I never played the original Crisis Core until recently after playing Reunion and you are exactly how i expected Zack to sound. I look forward to the Upcoming Rebirth.
Some criticism aginst him is ridiculous. He did a amazing Job like Rick Gomez did before.
I'm absolut sure after FF7 Rebirth when he can be his "own" Zack Peoble will love him.
In Crisis Core he exactly had to redub the old dialogues what i imagne must be really hard. You will ever have the comparison.
In Rebirth that is gone and like i said he will be his "own" Zack because the dialogues will be complety new.
He seems like a amazing Guy too btw.
It's a shame that his first experience with voice acting was copying a guy.
People are allowed to like and prefer different things. I prefer Rick Gomez. In the industry I'm sure everyone is proud and welcoming of each other but as a consumer, I think Rick Gomez just nails the role. Just like there's been endless adaptations of Alice in Wonderland, everyone has their own favorite Alice.

the reactions were understandable, as there were scenes that were really ruined by the voice over. Having said that, what's ridiculous is the quick finger-pointing, and not thinking that it's primarily the acting director who is at fault since there was even a line that was read incorrectly and yet it passed and got in the final product. Talk about misdirections or bad QA.

Caleb looks like he is a great guy and I can understand why the developers chose him… He’s very energetic and he looks like a very positive person but IDK, it’s still not Zack to me. Not yet at least. Gomez’s voice stuck with me for 15 years that it is strange to hear another voice. I’m sure he’ll succeed anyway! He does a great job
Same can be said for Sephiroth
Yeah I don’t think it’s fair to judge yet since he’s restricted with saying the exact original lines in the original crisis core. I just hope he improves tho
His lines at the end of intermission were great

I agree. He seems to have improved, going by his bit in Intermission as well as what we’ve seen of Zack in Rebirth. He did a fine job with the Crisis Core bits, tho.
