Galwila eco park was established by the forest department of Sri Lanka. It is managed by both the wild life and forest departments as a sanctuary in the dry zone of Sri Lanka.
There will be a separate video of Lunu Kanda / Lunugala hike which is an high point of Puttalam district.

00:06:05 We don't have Tigers in Sri lanka. What we have is Leopards (Panthera pardus kotitya) which is the biggest subspecies of leopards in the world. Tigers have stripes and Leopards have spots. Meanwhile commonly misidentified Jaguars have large circles with spots in middle.
