I came back here to say thank you. This is one of the videos that helped me to be ready and pass my PMP exam this September 20, 2024 with Above Target (AT) score for all domains. Thank you very much. 😊
Kudos Gautham. This is an ultimate reference video on Agile overall process flow. I love the way you connected the dots . It helps lot for PMP prep aswellas on the realtime implementation of agile
The way you ppl are planning the preparation for certification itself is brilliant... Video has cleared the confusions and doubts that i had... thanks 🙏🏽 👍🏽
Fantastic content, Gautham! Your explanation of the Agile process flow is outstanding, covering all Agile ceremonies, artifacts, and participants with a practical example. This flow certainly disambiguates many common confusions. Great job!👍👏
Superb video!!!! Well elaborated and summarised Agile process flow, with very clear and practical application of key concepts. Very well done to you Gautham!
Hi Gautham, commendable job, amazing. Thank you for sharing this. One suggestion - you could have added the Agile ceremony duration in the information like Daily stand up is for 15 minutes, sprint planning for 2 hours, etc.
The Sprint review or the demo should only include the " completed user stories" OR completed+ uncompleted (unfinished work of the sprint) OR only those user stories that meet the DOD?
Hi Gautham, Thanks for the video! I have a question and hope to get some clarity. Why do you derive the Sprint Backlog from the Product Backlog and not from the Release Backlog, which is already aligned with the Roadmap? Wouldn't it be more logical / faster to go through the Release Backlog when performing the Sprint Planning?
Hello and thank you so much for this video! Great explanation. I have a question on the release schedule and backlog: planning release dates for the entire project and how many sprints in each, project costs and etc, sounds like planning it mostly from the start, including the scope. This doesn’t seem aligned with the Agile way of working, but more similar to rolling wave planning in a predictive framework, am I missing something?
Remember !! Release plans and Release backlog in agile changes as project progresses. Think like if there is no initial plan, there is no way a team can establish completion goal and access if they are on schedule. Schedule would then decide the cost. Which means, there is an initial plan built subjected to change depending on various outcomes from the sprints and sprint reviews.
