So are there multiple copper rotators then, to make sure the entire wire gets covered? Also, how does the copper adhere to the incoming raw meterial? Is it heated first? Last question: Which raw materials are typically used?
Sir, if the raw material move from left to the right, what kind of force did we need ? pull or push ? how is raw material getting pulled/pushed from this process ?,
Raw material is getting pulled by the puller from left to right. You can't push from left to right because then you wouldn't get a force between the other two die. Either way, "push" and "pull" are just words to describe the same thing, a resulting force that points in the direction from left to right.
Perfectly defined 😊👍
Thanks
Dear Sir,
Can you please explain as well regarding the wastage of the raw material during the drawing process.
Thank you
Clearly explained. Nice animation. Thank you ❤

It depend on the raw material
Sir.. What is mean by back tension? And how it helps in drawing...
back tension via dancer arm relieves pressure between the die box and cooling block
Tq bro
