Wait in the manga and anime the base potential unlock wasn’t their full power so 100k wouldn’t be their full potential but only half then the rest came later in the fight with ginyu force so wouldn’t goku be at 200k not just 100k

he missed out on the massive Ginyu force zenkai. After that he’s around similar to pre-HTC Goku where he can beat 19 but not 18 or 17 alone.
