Great video. Its been a few years since I have visited the Great Wall at Simatai. My how much it has changed Wow. Nice to see they have upgraded the cable car ride, it is no longer open topped.
Glad you are willing to enjoy/explore local foods. When eating a whole fish, you can try peel the top half first, then use the chopsticks to pick up the spine and that should remove most, if not all of the bones. However, some fish still have tiny bones near the dorsal fins area and can only be removed one at a time.

I've found it helpful to pick out really small bites with the chopsticks. I can't stand to have the bones in my mouth.
