Thank you for sharing these recipes and gives us younger generation the foundation of how we can make our parents and grandparents recipes, When we have lost them to time.
Hi, if you put white vinegar in there also, it will last for mts. No refrigeration required. Just add vinegar and salt to taste with some bandania and put it in cupboard for at least a mt, before serving. I t will get darker as it cures. it could last a whole yr. Just keep topping it up with pure vinegar as it thickens up and cures.
I tried to contact you but email not working also there are so much different Facebook pages i don't know which one is your official page. Need some information Please.

I’m making this one today 🙏🏾
u can also steam the whole pepper for a few minutes to soften them up before cutting and putting jar
U can also freeze the lemon an lime skin to use when you ready to make your pepper sauce
Great tip!
I've put on the lid and boil the jar gently in water to soften and combine the flavors.
Knotty Head that's a great idea

Can you use rough skin lemon?
Candice Vasquez you can try it I never have because the skin is so thick and you need it with the thin skin.
Trini Cooking with Natasha oh OK. I ask because its kinda hard to find the smooth skin lemon here.
Candice Vasquez ohh I understand , try it but cut the skin Thin.
OK. I will try it. Thank you.
