How about the cement pads underneath to support the trailer ?? And what about the visqueen sheeting that for under the coach to protect from the elements and lay the furnace and air conditioning limes and the skirting to keep it all together !!!!
My trailer was moved 15miles 20 yrs ago(800bucks).. but on the side with a tip out they broke one wheel on a curb.. another flew off 10miles away.. only one wheel on the heavy side.. interior full of contents.. it almost tipped over on the roadside when they looked in the corn feel for the wheel that rolled off.. but made it.. farmer probably found the wheel with a tractor.. oops
Hope you have Property Insurance. A tree from an empty lot onto this lady couples" trailer and fell right into the livingroom of the mobile home all the way to the floor.. The mobile home is totaled and they have to seek a lawyer bc these woman did not have trailer insurance. They want to sue the park owners which is an LLC out of Cali... I think the Park Owners are responsiab;e because they own this land---we as renters do not. Even if act of God --It is still their property to maintain. !!!!!! These 2 women are seeking legal advice about suing the Owners for Neglect and Irresponsibility to Maintain the Property.
