When he describes the woman with brain cancer, that was told twice she wasnt going to make it and healed....gave me so much hope!!! I am on my second, 6-8 month oncologist prediction. I proved them wrong the first time and will do it again.

We don't allow osteopaths to call themselves 'Dr' in Britain because they're mostly scam artists selling a 'cure' that will need repeated consultations because the benefit felt is mostly psychosomatic and imaginary.

@@pritpalsingh1960 Yes we do live in great times, times of great change! And change is not a great feeling for most of us, especially if your focus is on your own life. But, just like bad times, you should not take anything personal.. We are here to serve a much greater good and that is through our own growth which should feel difficult, so I am also surely not living my 'best' life my friend although it might be the most important one.. And btw I have lived in many places but I have never lived in the US, nice of you to ask! Bless you❤

I had no clue those thought and feelings I had in my head for WKS or months were from addiction to negative emotions I didn't want to have. Racing thoughts. Fears were everywhere. Damn I'm glad I didn't know what I had to go thru before hand. It may have been worse. Thank goodness for Dr Joe always being able to bring me back to my center. His voice has become a beacon in a storm. 💯💯

Dr. Joe... What a real blessing to have these videos, his meditations and his books. This is a great ERA to be alive! (and yet, this knowledge of the power of the third eye has been around through the ages). Dr. Joe has brought the awareness of "pulling the mind from the body" and to really open the third eye which is the difference for me in my life-changing meditation, and I had already been a meditator before I discovered his teachings. These meditations took me to a higher level. Thank you, Dr. Joe and this channel. 🧘♂️🙏💙

Behavior therapy is all about skill acquisition, which requires identifying barriers (real or perceived); and, bringing patterns of behavior to the client's attention, which allows for new choices. Overt behavior is observable while covert behavior is cognition and somatic behavior is physical, all of which is constantly interacting. I love the "get out of the jar and read the label" metaphor. We behavior therapists teach people how to do that. Many of us have been practicing for decades (in obscurity) while big pharma spends billions on advertising their medication to treat your 'chemical imbalance'. How does that square w/ the mental health crisis in this country?

What a great lecture. Dr Dispenza’s work in research and application of his work sets him the best in the world. I haven’t done any of his in person seminars but I’m sure it’s just a matter of time I’ll find myself at remote beach doing meditative work or other. You are amazing human being I consider genius.

For anyone whose health is not permanently compromised, I think you mean. Many of us eventually discover that: The older you get, the more "the body says no". I had a very adverse reaction to Wim Hof method, due to an autoimmune condition (it should come with a health warning). WH is not for everyone, by any means.

If you are in the right space and aware then you can make the choice before you react. Always, if you aren’t then you are not present and in the moment and that is your trigger to know you are not present!!! So then you are aware and can go back to that space!

Its important to note that the metronomes in the video were sitting on a table that was not fixed (slightly swinging). Once the base is not fixed, anything on a surface will align with anything else on it. The metronomes were aligned with the base, not with themselves. Just like marbles on a plate, when you tip the plate the marbles will all move together.
I wish this was explained to the viewers.

Dr.Joe I am curious now that I am seeing clear results can but my curiosity is what my brain is capable of as I have had many Many head injuries starting at a very young age which 9 of them had either stickes or staples needed I am curious to see if that has limited any from going all the way
