    Why do you always try to block the vison of the spawning camps on your potentiap T2 or T3?
    Cant you jsut take out the spawnign camps? instead.

    Edit:
    1) i assume you wanjne prevent the monument from destroyign/hittign those spawner buildings
    2) Somethign happens if you destroy the spawner builings (too early) = strongerwaves attacking you or somethign like that?

      You are on the right track with your assumptions, the Infestations are the trigger for a nasty incoming enemies - Twilight Dancers will come and take out the Walls from afar, and also kill off the outer Power Wells in the mid-island. Additionally, those nasty Twilight birdies will kick off your archers from your walls and also knockback M-units.
      Of course you can kill the infestations and build a T2/T3 defense with towers (or units) that can handle them, but its just way more efficient to stay away from the infestations as long as you can, since all you need is to block the line of sight for the orb and kill off the minimal incomings those spawners produce (just a Bandit Healer and Claws each).
