Excellent encounter story! This one really struck home as my brother in law saw a Squatch in WVa attempting to break into someone’s trailer. He said it was tall but what really stuck out was how much wider it was then him.

Awesome story, the truth about these being's is coming out slowly but surely the truth is coming. I believe they reside in every state and they are so stealth you could be right next to one and if they don't want you to know they're there you won't ! Those who've seen them are ridiculed shamed and called crazy and that is sad that people are so out of touch with what's really going on ! They make fun of those good honest hard working people who speak on what they know and have seen smfh, God bless to those who know the truth about the creatures that live in the wilderness !!!

regarding renting the cabin, I don't think it was ethical to rent it to strangers who had no idea BF was likely to attack the house and possibly the residents.
I would have let it sit empty for a at least few months till BF knew there no snacks to be had. Then I'd spend a few nights to be sure. If there are no visits from the neighbors then rent it.
If I wanted to sell it, I would first ask the ski resort if they planned to develop at the cabin site and let them knock it down .
