If Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin join AEW and reform The Hurt Business like rumors suggest, I think Scorpio Sky would be perfect in the Cedric Alexander role.
Yeah, being not only an inaugural Tag Team champion but also the first black tag team champion then being the first black tnt champion was definitely great for him at the time
I don't have any illusions that Ethan Page is going to have any kind of long run as NXT champion; but an MOTY reunion would be great. And they could easily fill a tag team slot on either main roster show, even if it's as delusional bully losers.

But his own businesses didn't keep me busy enough for a 9-5 job, and his vanity projects were always last minute rush work at the whim of a child. It was a SOUL-ERODING experience. I am glad that AEW exists. I watched it for two years after taking time off from any wrestling at all. From the Punk vs MJF Dog Collar build all the way up to the aftermath of World's End. And I have watched a lot of truly great talent just squandered. I had to stop. Can't watch it anymore because the guy booking the show is doing it to entertain himself rather than the viewers. And that's diminishing returns all day every day.

It's really bad that so many AEW talents have been off TV for months or years with no reason, and worse that a lot of them seem okay with it. At this point I find it hard to respect wrestlers who choose to stay in AEW over going to WWE or back to the indies.
I remember there was some backstage AEW show and Sammy Guevara had a scene with Tony Khan backstage and he asked Tony if he felt like they were maximizing what they could do with him and Tony had this fold-out paper with weeks worth of matches on it to show Sammy plans for tag matches and other things where he would be on TV. I just wonder if you're not on Tony's fold-out sheet of paper that maybe Tony has no plans for you and doesn't have room to squeeze you in if you're not a big star returning.
I need to be honest and this isn't targeted at any one particular talent; AEW needs to let go of like half of their roster. If they're not going to be showcased, it's wasting everyone's time. Especially when they can be off getting opportunities elsewhere. Fast forward another 5 years, just how much more talent is AEW going to have?

Theres SEVERAL former and current AEW guys who are losing prime years of their careers sitting at home on an AEW contract simply because tony cant find creative during his 3 hours of TV or ROH, its getting ridiculous at this point, were gonna get FTR/YOUNG BUCKS at wembley….AGAIN and guys like Scorpio and Wardlow and Miro are just sitting home.
