  • Looking for safe and effective ways to improve your immunity? Follow the Chinese medicine practitioner Jonathan Fang doing this "T-Cell Exercise". The more accurate your movements, the better the effect!
    There are 16 movements, including Warm-Up movement, of T-Cell Exercise. Each movement is like one medicine, developed by Gu Chengde, who is proficient in Chinese medicine and Taoist exercises. The T-Cell Exercise is the essence of his accumulated years of profound medical knowledge.
    In this video, we invite a beginner of T-Cell Exercise to present the movements. Jonathan Fang reminds the audience to pay attention on the details of movements by correcting her movements. The video is longer than usual, so it is divided into the first and second episode.

    Hi Dr Fang, my immune system use to be very weak and I would get sick very often. I felt a big improvement of my health after 6 months of your daily exercise. I have since been doing both part 1 and part 2 everyday for just over a year now. It has improved the quality of my life. This exercise is now my daily ritual. Thank you so much for sharing this 🙏

    hi Doctor, thank you so much for sharing this exercise. My question is whether we need to do all these exercises in one go or we can do half in the morning, the other half in mid morning, again some in early afternoon and so on. Some exercises can be done in the car while driving such as rubbing Supraclavicular Lymph Nodes etc. Thank you in advance.

      Yes, you can do this exercise in the afternoon. Please do not do exercise 30 mins after meal.

    These exercises are amazing..I had a lung infection that wouldn't go away for 4 years...after only 1 month of doing these I feel completely healed.. All other minor ailments have disappeared.. I am truly grateful

    Hi Jonathan Fang, for the first exercise part, you mention the open Min-men position and keep knees slightly bent, does the standing knee need to be slightly bent or straight when the other leg is stamp on the floor?
    How about when not stamping, the knee must be slightly bent?

      I’m sorry that it took me so long to reply your message. I will suggest you still slightly bent the standing knee when the other leg is stepping. Actually doing the first warm up movement I bent both knees the whole time.I hope this answers your question.

    Hi jonathan..during exercise 6 to 8..I feel abit dizzy and light headed..why is that so...but overall exercise i was sweating and felt warm..thank you

      @@inhandacupunctureherbs1809 hello jonathan appreciate yr reply..i had only occasional vertigo and lightheadedness once in a while now..but it started since 1996..that x was scary..since 8 yrs ago it comes almost abruptly n disappeard.other than that i dont hv other seriouscomplication except tightness in my collar bone and shoulders and neck....but i realised everx i do breathing exercises my head will go off balance and i had to stop..why is that so..yet wen i run or swim or do other exercises nothing happen..could you highlight wat is the core issue ..thankyou🙏🙏🙏
