That was awesome to hear ! It sounds so close tbh ,if i close my eyes and just listen I can’t hear the difference 😅😅 Btw it would be great if you try to do a comparison between the omen extrem 7 and the schecter jeff loomis 7⚡️
The difference of tone between these 2 is really not obvious but the Omen has more headroom due to its passive PU. About a comparison with the Schecter JL-7, well unfortunately, Jeff Loomis has left Schecter so his signature guitars can’t be found on retail any more.
Thanks ! A french sub has also asked me about the Omen Elite. I have realized that there seems to be no video to compare the omen extreme and the omen elite ! So, well, I’m gonna do it. Currently working on something else so it should not arrive before end of april or early may :)
sounds like you have newer strings on the Omen but it does sound brighter than the Demon but like i said that could just be the strings are newer sounding.
It doesn’t come from the strings, I have changed them the same day for both guitars. The Omen sounds a bit brighter than the demon but thanks to its active PU the demon pierces more easily thru the mix when the rythm is played with the Omen
I think you’re just being influenced by the colour of the guitars. I could only tell a difference on the clean sounds and the Omen sounded darker to me.
As far as the tone goes, no they don't cos' the EMG retro active are amazing pickups. AS far as the playability goes, the Amarok's neck is a bit thicker and the scale is 25.5" so you'de better use super thick strings if you don't wanna lift your action too high. It's mainly a matter of preference. Now, as far as the hardware goes, the amarok beats these 2 schecters with its locking tuners and stainless steel frets.
@@BrokenStrings231 I'm not placing the Amarok over the Schecters. It's got different assets but for me it's on the same page. I do prefer the Schecters for the thinner neck and the longer scale but that's just me.
2:05 Enough for me for the sound I need
Sick track intro!
Thanks !

@@ToroKchannel wow that make her so rare and unique ! Thank you for your response I appreciate it 🙏🏼⚡️
I have the Extreme 7. The pups in that one have a bit more bark I think, but the Actives have more clarity if that makes any sense.
it does :)
love the content man, have you ever tried a schecter omen elite? if so, how would it compare to these? if not, would you ever consider trying them?

Really like the omen
So do I !
I just bought the omen extreme 7 I like the way it sounds better slap some Seymour Duncan blackout pickups or fishman and that will sound so chunky
I think the Blackout would sound pretty close, the Fishman should be pretty different.

The Demon sounds more Darker I think. Whereas the Omen sounds more and wider brighter...

What kind of string muters do you use?
Jimmy Clip
do you think these 2 beat the HB amarok 7?
