I'd forgotten all about this bike. Some nice upgrades there, looks really nice. Looking forward to seeing it being ridden, but please don't rush your recovery. Take care gents 😎🍻👍
Had to chuckle at the intro. How about “generously sent?” The Marin is sweet, but yes, still looking forward to the Royce Union. Also, as much as I want to see the reviews on the trail, it’s most important that you heal well. Don’t rush it, don’t take any chances.
Agree with Wolfman...you should be doing pt exercises!!! I got those Columbia heat gear at the Columbia Employee Store in Henderson, KY. Wear as base layer with long sleeve/T-shirt/jacket...works fantastic!!
Awesome to see this upgrade vid, just a small correction the cassette is all steel not Aluminium. Do the Wolftick magnet test!!!! But look at the machining and you’ll see why it’s so light! The Marin is looking damn fine! Great to see you’re recovering well and back in the shop!
That oil slick cassette is absolutely gorgeous BUT I'm not sure I'd ever give up a 50t granny. (I had to get a longer B tensioner screw just to get my derailleur to fit a 42t.) "Old school" is old because it works. I like the ease of affording & maintaining older tech. Always love the vids. Hope you can get back to riding soon. Wishing you a quick recovery (even though you seem to already be recovering quickly).
is the chech running tubes? i have a similar bike and the most notable uprdes I did to make the bike lighter was putting a manitou marchor fork and going 1x. along with other upgrades I got my bike from 35lbs to 29.5lbs including a tow hitch to take my puppy for bike rides in a bike trailer. I also added some 50g foam wolf tooth grips after my sdg and funn hilt grips wore out. oh also a transx dropper post I got for $100 on sale weighed 550g wich some people say is light for a dropper post.
Good luck with the rehab. Don't be stupid like me and try "light" riding. It never stays light, and you don't feel any issues it's causing until you get home 😂

Wheel set will make a big difference in lightening the Marin up. So glad your shoulder recovery is doing well. All the best for you guys. 💪

I'm afraid that mullet may have started to grow into Ticks brain. Glad your doing better dude.
Nice parts on it! Just stopping by to day hi!
OMG that Mullet is Magical!!! And im not talking about a bike this time!
That hair cut looks awesome Tick! Reminds me of Pinky from Next Friday and Friday After Next.

Cheech looking good and you can't go wrong with Columbia clothing. Let's see you using the HPYGN resistance bands.

Good day when a new video comes out.
Been watching you gentlemen for a while love ur content n your humor….keep em coming..
i was watching and thinking...where is the music coming from, then the install montage started lol
Go tubeless on the Marin! You will get below the 30lb mark! Don't fear the tubeless!! LOL Great video guys!
The cassette is steel (10-42T) , only the big cog is 7075 Alloy(52T), actually works aceptable, and yea it's lighter than a gx ;)
damn, that marin got more fancy parts than my 2700 bucks trail bike
I wanted to be the first, I hope to wish y'all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thanx for all that you do for us the Wolftick Nation.

It is running tubes, man under 30!!! Damn, we need ours there lol. That is quite light for a dropper man.
@@WOLFTICKVIDEOS at this point its about the small light weight upgrades for the cheech!
Would you want to make a video on the the bafang 750 mid-drive build.
Would you guys be interested in a 44mm angleset?
Can you do Tapered fork adapter on trek marlin 2gen??
14:00 - take the pedals off, that'll get it under the magic number... that's how the bike industry weighs them, if it works for them 😂😂
7:19 Alivio levers? That's Avid Dial 7 levers.
