It is very easy to give advice like you. Are you having issue of type 2 dibetes? Better take any food in moderate amount and do testing with gluco meter. Then only we can know which food can eat or not.
Very true. Best thing is to once test all foods in isolation (one by one) and then test different combinations and then use only those foods which dont spike blood sugar much. I am prediabtic and my A1c jumped from 5.5 to 6.3 within 4 ,5 months now i am testing this and i found out wheat and wheat products especially white ones are casuing all the havoc on my sugar levels even more so than rice. however, multiseed brown bread is not causing spike so far. so this is how we can test.
@@Arszul123wheat and rice are both bad for diabetics. That's why we should have millets. If you can't avoid rice or wheat, have them with ghee and check your sugar again. Ghee normally prevents spikes 😊

I was suffering from severe diabetes, unless i got tested. My hb1ac was 13.7. Now it's almost a year, my hb1ac is 7, i just followed very basic ideas, i can't say whether it will work for all, but still people can try. Eat everything in moderation. Eat low carb as gunjan said in morning. For lunch if u take 1 chapati ir 1 small bowl rice, double the quantity of vegetables or gravy or dal. Eat salad first during lunch. For snacks just eat fruits, nuts. avoid fried, baked or any maida or sugary drinks or sweets . Don't consume fruit juices have whole fruits. Have your dinner very light and try to have it within 7-7.30 and keep minimum 13-14 hrs gap between meals night dinner and morning breakfast. Avoid rice for dinner . Needless to mention do good exercise, movement is must. Sedentary lifestyle causes main issues. Walk or jog or run for 45 mins to 1 hr daily. I got great benefits, not only sugar but for overall health.

I’m a huge fan of Dr Furhman and Dr Becky Gilaspie who have educated people on insulin resistance which as bad as diabetes mellitus. Celery juice and grapefruit works for me. I’m trying to incorporate millets twice a week . A question for you, is amaranth considered good for diabetes?
Great video but pls add how many grams of millets and almonds should a diabetic consume in a day. One of my neighbour had hypercalcemia by substituting atta with ragi. A condition in diabetes when kidney is not able to excrete calcium from blood. And also proteinuria a condition where kidney has more protein in urine due to diabetes. Your intention is to help people to manage diabetes but medically you must mention how much intake or restriction limit on each content. Each diabetic is different and proper medical advise from clinicians is best.

Millets also contain carbs, so eat them in proportion and make sure to eat fiber (salads, green vegetables) before eating carbs.
