Abu Mussab did not cite the scholars opinions on this issue rather he merely mentioned what the Hadeeth explicitly states. He is aware of the discussion among the scholars but this is not the time to elaborate on it.

brother abu musab why dont you do fiqh classes for example fiqh of wudu or salat
wouldn't that be easier for you because you can make a series instead of trying to make up a new subject every few weeks.

Abu Mussab is not specialized in Fiqh to address this subject. Further, he does not take a few weeks to "make up new subjects". He addresses topics that need to be addressed and at times, due to other commitments, there won't be any lectures for a while and it is not because there is nothing to be spoken about rather it is due to time constraints.
We hope this makes it clear our dear brother.
