I suffered for 20y of very heavy bleeding (I'm 31). After this video i tried taking vitamin K2 supplementation. To my surprise, from the first month I lost HALF of my usual amount of blood! I've blessed you so much that you cannot immagine.
Now, after 5 months I supplement with 60-100mcg a day (off period) and it still workshop wonders. I am hoping it is the beginning of my way out of anemia.
    THANK YOU!!

I'm so glad you are informing people of this information. I wish I had this info in high school haha. I've been taking vitamin k2 around my cycle time for a few months ever since my dad gave it to me out of concern for my health since I'm dairy/egg free and it's tough to get enough in my diet (my dad's naturopathic Dr. recommended it for heart/bone health, regulating use of calcium in the body). I did not expect to notice changes after taking this but I noticed very quickly a huge improvement with my period; less heavy, less cramps, less clotting as well as less bruising on my body (I bruised easy before). I used to go through super+ tampons like you would not believe it was aweful. I sprained a ankle pretty severely and the doctor was surprised by the lack of bruising, that could also be because I regularly take vitamin c, d3, calcium, & magnesium. I also take 1tsp red maca root during my menstrual cycle as a period symptom relief if needed, it works for me within a hour of taking it for most of the day. Thank you for this informative video. I hope it helps alot of people.

Avoid eating foods with an estrogenic affect before and during your period : dairy , peanuts ( anything fried in peanut oil or soybean oil) , soy , kale and other cruciferous veges . I’m suffering with the heaviest bleeding bc I indulged on all of these days before my period- and I know this already ! This is by far the best advice I can give as a woman who has always had heavy periods since day one .

I cannot believe this 😵 I am very hopeful K2 will help me. For 3 yrs I have 2 larger than a quarter clots every cycle, its like having contractions and giving birth. Once I pass the second clot my cramps go away almost instantly. I have had this clotting issue on and off since I was a teen but I will go a random yr or a few random months w no clotting and no cramps or just mild cramps and then it all comes back. I looked up K2 sources and there are barely any food sources, especially ones I eat, so I can see how it would be sheer luck to get enough k2 and could explain finally why I have some random periods that are fine. One thing I now recall was my nonpain times I was really into fermented foods and kombucha and over time I grew out of love with them and I am not a big meat eater so...😵 and I thought I got alot of vit k because I eat my greens but I didnt realize K1 and K2 differences. Just bought k2 supplement and Im bringing back kombucha and sauerkraut! Thank you!

i read that it’s okay to take during your period. it’s a daily supplement, not a drug so it won’t hurt you or do harm ❤️ however i also read that some ppl think K2 might cause more clotting than reduce & K1 is actually the one that reduces clotting. i’m not 100% sure but i get where you’re coming from. i’m lost as to what to do about these heavy cycles & i definitely don’t want to risk having worse cycles by getting on birth control.

I had to get Ultra tampons at Walmart today. I didn't even know there was an Ultra size. Super plus were too big forme now I need right through them and I still have to wear a pad. I can't wear a tampon for more than 1.5-2 hours. I can't go anywhere because I'm afraid I'll have a overflow of blood or a clot will pass through TMI I know. Sorry but I'm going to try taking the supplement and see if that helps. My husband is scared to death and has asked me repro make an appointment with my gyno. This heavy period is very new to me. I've only been dealing with this for a couple months now. Im glad I found this video. Hopefully this vitamin will help.

Large clots & had to plan my life around my cycle. Didnt know until i sought help at 37 that 7-8 day cycle not normal but had too much scar tissue from 3 c-sections to test. It's always, been a long cycle since I started at 12. 3 yrs ago anemic/started taking 2 iron pills/day. 😁Last month found Vitanica Slow Flow. It has k2 & other vitamins. Took 1 cap. ea. Day during, it slowed some. THIS MONTH took 1/day for the four days, before THEN 3 at a time AM & PM IT STOPPED COMPLETELY! Hi, I got on K2 because it was advised that I take it with D3, which I need for Seasonal Affective Disorder. I already suffer from heavy bleeding during my period - I have a whole 16 hour period where I soak one tampon per hour. My Gyn tried to throw me on birth control but I already know from past experience I do not tolerate birth control so I decided to live with the bleeding. When I got on the D3 and K2 I took them every 2 or 3 days for Seasonal Affective Disorder. I felt better. But then when I had my period, I had double the bleeding and tons and tons of clots, way more than normal. I got scared and got off of the K2. Why did the K2 cause that? Thanks in advance for your answer :)

I'm not sure, but I am glad that you commented about your experience because in my mind, it backs up what Dr. Berg was saying about the K1 being for clotting, not K2. ~Becky

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling with long and heavy bleeding. Endometriosis can be a challenging condition to manage, and it's understandable that you want to find natural ways to deal with it.
There are several things you can try to help reduce the bleeding and manage your symptoms. One approach is to focus on dietary changes that may help regulate your hormones, such as increasing your intake of omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, and fiber. You may also want to consider taking herbal supplements such as turmeric, ginger, and chasteberry, which are known to have anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce pain and inflammation.
Other natural remedies you can try include acupuncture, yoga, and meditation, all of which have been shown to help alleviate symptoms of endometriosis. Additionally, there are several over-the-counter remedies you can try, such as ibuprofen, which can help reduce inflammation and pain.
It's also important to work with your healthcare provider to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs. There may be other medications or treatments that can help manage your symptoms, and your healthcare provider can help you weigh the risks and benefits of each option.
Overall, it's important to be patient and persistent in finding a solution that works for you. With the right approach, you can manage your endometriosis and reduce the impact it has on your daily life.
