    How did the new smoker go? Hold steady at 235? Run smoothly?

      Runs like a top! I've done several cooks on it now. Mostly in the 225-325 range. Been running great even in the really cold weather.

      May very well be. Lol. Garlic, onions, leeks, shallots. All in the same family.
