I replaced the valves in my EX250F and discovered that chain guide breaks easily. I drove it to the inspection station, but all the rocker arm adjusting nuts vibrated loose. I finished replacing the damaged nuts Monday but now the electrical system's malfunctioning. I'm gonna make a video of that repair, because the engine's backfiring. I removed the valve pan cover to make certain I synchronized the cams and crank correctly. They are! I sprayed starting fluid in the cylinder with no combustion.

hi m going to change mine too at home.
are you working on the ex250 model in the vid?
mines a '10 ex250 is it the same?
no torque wrench needed to tighten the spring bolts etc??

everytime you fix something if you dont mind to much just record it, its good to come home after a day of working on bikes and watch a guy work on other bikes too lol by the way, you dont work on dirtbikes, quads...? or its stricly streetbikes?
