Here in W=torque * theta. So angle is taken between force and displacement[theta] not with r. And the angle between centripetal force and displacement is zero But the angle between tangential force and displacement is 0 so it does some work. Which is why in formula W =torque * theta. Torque=r*tangential force not r*centripetal force. You are finding the angle between F and r. But we have to see the angle between F and displacement

BUT WHAT WE WOULD CONCLUDE ABOUT WORK DONE WHEN WE ARE PARTICULARLY REGARDING A CLOSED WATH WITH SAME INITIAL AND FINAL PATH ??
If the force is conservative so the work done along closed path will be zero and if the the force is non conservative the force will not be zero along the closed path.
Sir in the example of car reaction force will always opposite to the action force so it will be opposite to the motion of car and is in the direction of frictional force?
