Another intriguing discussion. I will say, I think the host is a bit naive on the topic of why some Thai women prefer foreign and/or western men and the skin complexion factor. The majority of Thai women (really the country as a whole) is obsessed with fairer skin as the beauty standard. You know this because one way that Thai's hurl insults at each other is to equate darker skin with being ugly (i.e. not the beauty standard). Dark thai women with amazing bodies and good face symmetry are told repeatedly they are dark and ugly by the general Thai population. The typical Thai woman would find fair skin KPop stars as very attractive. The Thai women that do date foreigners, mostly prefer foreigners with fair skin. If you are a man of color, there will be a whole section of Thai women that will not date you simply because #1: You are a Foreigner/#2: Your skin complexion is dark/ugly. Another point of naivety, Thai women are much more pragmatic about dating than your typical western lady. An average foreigner that visits Thailand is objectively more wealthy than the average Thai man. In general, Thais prioritize money/access to resources and fair skin. If you have fair skin and are a high income earner (15K baht/mo and up) you will have more access to a larger population of Thai women than if you have dark skin and are a high earner.

It is very easy and works great. if you find one of the hours long videos on self hypnosis relaxation here on YT it has all the correct Eriksonian language to work. Try it. It is amazing. Just listen to one of those videos.
