2022 Camaro SS 1LE 6sp Manual, 100% stock engine, stock wheels, stock GYSC3s tires, stock suspension (track alignment) Hawk DTC60 pads, front Giro rotors (stock size) and most importantly Ti Lug nuts!
There's a front end wreck ZL1 1LE next to where I work at a body shop. Needs a new hood and bumper+radiator and left front wheel assy. The shop told me it was only 10000 if I wanted it. I used to race corvettes and Lotus so this is a hell of a bargain that I may take!
Nice run, definitely felt that title. I thought I'd been inconsistent in my own runs since I'm noticing a little more brake fade and less grip but I blame this summer.
My car was down on power, my data says that my average speed was 4mph slower than normal and my top speed was down by 7mph. My laps times were 3 secs slower than normal.
nice. im gonna bring my ZLE in september. red one just like that
Brutal conditions... it's so disgusting out
Yeah, definitely not worth beating on the drivetrain and tires on these conditions, just to go slower...
titanium lug nuts? should i be worried about OEM lugnuts on track duty?
Not necessarily, my OEM lugnuts swelled a bit due to heat and low quality metal/construction, but I do about 18 track days a year. Normal people don't seem to have an issue...
@@Mechanical_Eng_HPDE wow ok I’ll be checking my cold torque before track duties good to know
was the red ZLE a manual too?
Yeah
@@Mechanical_Eng_HPDE wow can’t wait I’m taking the novice course
