Hello Donna! I love your videos so much! You make such beautiful craftings! 🥰🥰 This is Ulrike from Austria (a very small country in Europe! Thanks for sharing your ideas, Ulrike
Hi Ulrike I'm thrilled to hear that you love my videos! I'm totally familiar with Austria. My grandfather was of Austrian decent. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message all the way from Austria! I hope to hear from you again on future videos 💖😊
Hello, I stumbled across your tutorial by accident, and I loved watching, your explanations were so easy to follow, keep up the good work from across the waters in the UK 💜
Hi there! So glad to hear that I was a happy accident 😍 I'm so happy you enjoyed this video and found it easy to follow. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message all the way from the UK 💖😊
Hi Carol What a neat idea to put tassels on gifts. I bet it looks stunning! They are so expensive to buy already made. Now you can make them for about 50 cents each! Thanks again for watching and taking the time to send me a message 😊💖
Hi Donna: I’m from Newberry, South Carolina and just stumbled onto your RUclips site. You seem to be someone who loves all types of crafts just like me. I can’t wait to make tassels and paper beads like you do. Thank you so much for sharing your experience.
Hi Gloria I'm so happy you stumbled onto me! I love making new crafty friends. And yes, I love all types of crafts. I'll try anything lol... I'm happy to hear you're going to make the tassels and the beads. They kind of go together. Have fun with this project and let me know if you need any help. I'm here for you. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message 😊💖
Love this. I hardly can find tassels in the colors I need. This makes it no longer an issue. Like the versatility to be able to use different types of string especially the twine. I can use that for a homestead Christmas.
Hi there! Thank you and I'm happy you enjoyed this video! I'm always looking for tassels to match things I'm doing, so I think it's pretty great to be able to make them. Also, way less expensive. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message 😊💖
I love them all and so glad there’s an easy way to make your own. They can be pretty expensive. What’s great is you’re customizing yours to fit your decor or occasion. But adding the beads it brings them over the top. I love glitzy but right now I’m decorating the kitchen in Farmhouse style. Even drop cloth or old sheets torn can make a great tassel. So many possibilities. Again you’ve sparked my imagination so the sky is the limit. Good day to make tassels here in gloomy, rainy and depressing Connecticut!! Have a Happy 4th!
Hello my friend! Oh my gosh, tassels can be really expensive to buy already made. They can cost anywhere from 5.00 to 10.00 each. A skein of embroidery floss is 53 cents and you can make 2 tassels out of it. Or one really big one! There are several types of fancy embroidery floss that you can purchase as well. I think I paid 1.50 for the metallic thread and I didn't even use the whole thing. Just a little bit to jazz up the white tassel. And yes, you can make tassels out of literally anything. Glad to hear that your imagination has been sparked!!! Send me some pictures of the farmhouse tassels you make. I'd love to see them. Your work is always so beautiful, I look forward to seeing them. I just love farmhouse decor 💖 My kitchen is slightly farmhouse, with a modern flare. Or modern with a farmhouse flare lol.... depends on how you look at it 😆 You have a happy 4th as well my friend 💖😊🎆🎇🧨
I love small projects that I can make in an assembly line fashion. I do craft shows mostly fall and winter. I really need ideas that I can create in quantity AND on a budget.
Hi there! I'm happy you enjoyed this video! They're pretty easy to make and very economical. Good luck with your craft shows. Let me know how they do. Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message 😊💖
Oh my gosh! I needed this tutorial yesterday!!! My tassel turned out ok...but not like yours!!! TYFS❤😊 I'm in Central California and I'm binge watching your channel!!!
Hi Susan I like making my own tassels, they are just so expensive to purchase. Well you have the know how now, the rest of your tassels will be a breeze! Super glad to hear you're binge watching. I love to hear that 😍. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions. I'm always here for you! Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to send me a message from Central California 😊💖

Hi Tere It's called a doll needle. I'm not really sure of the gage, but it's 5 inches long. It's made for doll making so you can go through both arms and the bodice in one shot. I love this needle. It makes things like the tassels really easy. I've had it for a really long time and I use it a lot! I'm adding a link for you so you can purchase them through Amazon 😊 Doll Needles 5-inches long (Amazon): amzn.to/3DknEAi
