There's something special in your build and it is always consistent with your building style, I've seen many builders just like you are but most of the time their style are either too messy (in a good way) or sometimes they try to make a something that wasn't supposed to look like that in a sense which is great if you love it, but for me it's too messy (like simstopia who made a custom sofa out of small living chair that got stacked over and over). Your building is constantly clean and your style are pretty much arranged, you didn't stick out to one color or two color main like black and white which is the basic/base for most of the sims 4 building modern type. You like to play with beige, brown, and light colors that don't really make that simple looking. IMO, I also like how you didn't try to make fake doors or fake cabinets like many sims builder do, you actually use the door that was functioning like it already has and provided to us just like that, I see lots of fake doors using windows and debug items to make it like they have doorknob and it's greatly disturbing me, you can pretty much rotate your cabinets backward in order to make like it was modern, but to use small canvas and change its color along with debug item to make it like they were having knobs to begin with is disturbing. Sorry for the outburst, it wasn't a complain for your video, I just want to let you know that you're amazing, have a nice day!
I genuinely thought I was the only one that felt this way. A lot of other sim builders like Lucy are creating builds like this but they can’t really pull it off, to be honest. No disrespect to other builders but Marmelad and MrOlkan are my favourite builders by far. I only use their builds in my game.

You should remove the walls behind first, then place your objects, then rebuild the walls
