Uncle Ted, I worked a show you did at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater FL back in 2013 or so as a stagehand. Your road crew found out that myself and a couple other guys were veterans and treated us great. Best gig I've worked ever.
The fact that Ted has maintained his honest and uncontaminated in spite of being in the music industry (which is for the most part corrupt and depraved) for 6 decades is amazing. I know he credits his love of the outdoors and hunting with keeping him grounded morally and spiritually. I am a longtime guitarist but became an engineer for living after trying to form several bands and having them fail because of unreliable band members that bailed when the work got hard. Not that all musicians are dirtbags, but many do have a tendency toward dirtbagism.
