This is excellent!! Thank you for sharing. I have the same problem as you that I get the folds mixed up and then the ends don't match up correctly. This makes is fool proof. Thank you .
Wow! Wow! I had to watch the video a couple of times to make sure I got it but first time trying and my connection was perfect!!! Thank you! Thank you!
Thank you for showing this method. The one area of binding a struggle with is getting the binding twisted. I will try this on my next quilt. Thank you also for the quilt pattern. I think it would make a cute girl baby quilt using fun bright scraps.
Will be using this method on a quilt that has a story but I finally finished it. I am at this point and was going to watch some tutorials to make sure I did it correctly. I does look easier than some other ways I've seen. I usually use the "tuck in" method but I do like the way this one is done. The kit for my quilt was bought 10 yrs before I started quilting so I was clueless. I was determined that I was going to finish it and it is far, far, far from being perfect. Thank you for explaining the method so clearly.
You are so welcome! I like the "tuck" method on smaller projects too, but it doesn't always seem to work well with a larger quilt and there's a bit too much bulk. This is a great method! Thanks for watching!
Oh Ledine I forgot to mention that you are the only person that I know of that has a similar name to mine! Mine is Ladeen and is my middle name so not what I'm called but it made me smile when I heard your name the first time several weeks ago. My mother said a neighbor was named Ladeen and she liked it so that's where it came from. Been a few years ago...I'm 73.
I love this! The only thing I'd do differently is that I've started seeing how using my machine for absolutely all sewing can be cumbersome - so for that final sewing of the tails together, I could see just hand sewing that right there on your ironing station.
I just watched your video on making 32 half square triangles. Lady, you are flipping brilliant! I prefer to do mainly applque type quilting, but due to my children, and grandchildren, have had to make 'regular' quilt blloocks as well, I saved your video, and will surely refer to it on my next project. You're super!
My brain went "Ohhhhh, I see now!" I thought you were going to do the tuck it in method which I don't use. Thank you for the tutorial. Take care. Beautiful quilt. Marion in Oregon.
Happy to help! I tricked you when I kept going from the "tuck" method didn't I! I tried to say it quick enough, that WAIT, this is different ;-) Thanks for watching!
Olá! Preciso de uma ajuda! Gostaria de saber que material e usado na parede para apoiar os blocos de quilt enquanto você está montando a colcha. Agradecida ❤

Ingenious! I hope you are a teacher in your everyday life because you are an excellent one! Thank you!
Glad to see you online -you have been missed!!!❤
That is so helpful, I will no longer struggle with that part of binding
This looks so much easier than the way I’ve been doing my binding. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to try it.
You are so welcome! Let me know how it works!!

This was great. I hate binding, so I have lots of unfinished projects. Thank you.

That will be pretty!! And yes, this is perfect for making sure you don't get them twisted! That's what I used to always do, no matter what I tried!
Cute pattern

I hope I can memorize all these binding steps. This is where I have the most trouble.
Thanks for sharing 😊

You mentioned a video showing your glue basting technique…I am unable to find it…do you have a link for that video you can share?
