What's very different about Bam last night, and why he looked similar to his old self, is just because he's wasting no time getting to his spots. Outside of the play where he took it himself to the basket in transition, on none of these shots did he take more than 2 dribbles towards his preferred spots. Even on the game winner near the elbow, he hit that a few times this game. Or it was guys like Duncan and Tyler finding Bam in his spots and setting him up, to where he doesn't have to do too much self-creation. Bam looks so much more in rhythm and decisive offensively when there isn't any sort of wasted movement, and that involves his teammates setting him up where he's comfortable. If they continue to use him this way, he'll have a much better 2nd half of the season
Also Kel'el Ware doing the dirty work on the offensive end has lightened Bam's burden so much. Since Ware has entered the starting lineup, Bam has been moving so much more freely
