Best case I have ever seen for an ipod touch, hopefully theres some custom themes or apps you can get for the ipod to give it more of a cyberpunk look on the device.

Normally i think its water they use to wash out the material thats drilled out to also protect the drill bit. In this case idk as well but i presume its either water or something water based
