I've worked with building stages like that quite often and appreciate the thought ❤️ for an answer the stage itself can usually be built in like 1.5 days, with the electronics taking another .5 days (approximations here lol, i am usually only there for one of 2-3 shifts) so maybe 24 hours total for those big ones I'd approximate! Then it has continuous work done during the festival usually. It comes down in a couple hours though :)

I don't know if its typically german, but I am Irish and we never did it. I think our parents would be quite happy for us to get lost for a few hours. I remember finding maps around the place and they would have "you are here" on them, and we would say to our parents "WE ARE HERE, WE ARE HERE" and point at it on the map and they would say "yeah, we know that, but where are the toilets" and walk off without even looking at it.

I'm danish and got a ton of German family cuz my dad's sister moved there and got married years and years ago. These videos always remind me of when the german and danish family comes together. That "Echt?!" is pure, german joy at it's peak.

I love the clouds too. Also high humidity makes the music sound better in large areas if 2 stacks are widely spaced and concentrated, rather than just everywhere.

Oh my, trip down memory lane. In 1975, while stationed in Germany, we got camping 🏕 tent, sleeping bags & Coleman stove. Got to camping spot & pitched tent. OMG, were we on display. German's camped in trailers & fine china. Camped once and never again, until back in the states. Loved living in their amazing country, just not camping. ❤😮😊
