The reason why Toji went after Megumi after he killed Dagon was because the moment he was resurrected by the old lady he was a killing machine/puppet just existing to go after the strongest individuals and he could've sensed that out of all the people that was there, Megumi had the potential to be stronger than all of them, so he went after him. The reason he killed himself though was because he came to his senses and realized that the person he was fighting was his son and didn't want to end up killing him, so he just killed himself.
So I was right but I can't believe he went after him based on potential and not current strength/power.
He killed himself when he realized that his son's last name wasn't Zenin. He was satisfied with the fact that his son didn't wanna be associated with the clan.

Correction: Rei Todoroki burned Shoto's face by throwing hot water at him because his left side reminded her of Endeavor. She tried to fix it with her ice quirk, which, of course, made it worse cause this etched in that scar he has on his face. She then had to move to a mental hospital for 10 years because of Endeavor's domestic abuse due to his obsession with surpassing All Might and becoming the no.1 hero of Japan.
Nah cause Toji selling his son to the Zenin was the best thing he couldve done since he couldn't take care of him and he would be very successful in the clan

@@bloodwizard66x95well this is the same clan that outed and abused Toji because he had no cursed energy. Megumi only had a chance cuz he has the clans inherited technique, but like Gojo said, the Zenin clan would not be a place Tsumiki would be happy, which is what Megumi cares about.
