I've never missed a turkey and I don't use a red dot every gun I have can't fit one because of the recall from the caliber of like 10 gauge model 170 h&r Magnum and 8 gauge SXS hammer gun and 12 gauge h&r never used red dot just the lil beed on the barrel
The one I use is 565 constriction. I definitely would not go any tighter, at 20 yards it throws a baseball size pattern. I have dropped a bird with the same choke at 64 yards and 2 at 45 yards.

Don’t drop it got the same set up only fell a few feet and it threw the sight off bad. It was properly installed , wasn’t designed for shotgun falls

Yes the Holosun sits low on the receiver which gives a good cheek weld compared to a red dot on a rail.

It is a Holosun 407k. My gun also came with multiple mounting plates for different footprints.

20 yards and that’s not even the tightest choke.
