Criminally underrated. I've seen them a couple times and they are among the very best!
Saw them in Leeds the other day, completely ripped my face off! one of the best live bands ever!

Pretty much my Favorite band. Super Super Awesome shows live!!..97-98 I think. Was in high school, they played in San Bernardino I think at orange. We got to climb I'm stage!!! And just chill for a bit. Didn't get harassed or anything. Super awesome. Everyone in the audience was singing along. Soo much fun..... again in 2011 with MDC. It was awesome as well. Except the crowd was different. Little different vibe from when I was younger..
Hell yes. I remember seeing citizen fish in El Paso while stationed at fort bliss in 2000 or 2001. I danced like a spazz and drank prodigiously. I was deliriously happy.

They have always been pitch perfect live. There is nothing pretentious about any of thier recorded work. They pull ot all off perfectly llive. And that includes Culture Shock and Citizen Fish.
Too many Punk bamds refprmed after Nirvana and Green Day made their mark and we became a luctitive commodity.
But these cats never stopped . And when Subhumans came back in the late 90's....for lack of a bettet term was a "Godsend".
Nobody does it like Subhumans UK.

Saw them a couple of years ago and strangely didn't do thus,not even the encore. Great bunch of lads and Dick hand delivered a Culture Shock t shirt to my house as he was down this way.

Well jynx. You had me at radical. But that's a bunch of submissive material and behavior. If you want people to be like that, I will not fold for you. I live in the US, but I know you see the subhumans as from the UK. They were. Now, I could even tell you I owe them an apology, because I was there for the fire. But what you do not know, is that animosity towards your own insurrection, or your own government gets you thrown or tossed aside into the lake of fire one day. They weren't playing with fire either, they were playing with matches. So I will see your comment again or response, but you don't believe that do you? That after you see this live video, you would believe Subhumans are the tool to use against the government and revolt is what they meant, not exactly revolution. Subvert meant overthrow.

The song is kinda about the futility of it all and how revolutionaries become politicians.

BramageE55 I have always been more on the conservative side. People told me I was all sorts of bad things for my views., But they didn't know the history of the Democratic party. I did. NOW days they almost all work for the same people. And it ain't us. Clean em all out!!! Then the punk movement will be realized.
