I'm so amazed that this toy kit from almost 15 years ago still works??? I had to rewatch the cooking portion because it was so magical! So cool that they can simulate boiling water and oil
I was also so surprised that the powders didn't expire or that I didn't run into any issues using them. I was so scared that it would go wrong somehow, but they truly stood the test of time haha
rrcherrypie is an absolute pioneer in deco and miniatures! I would rewatch their videos for hours. Mosogourmet and bonobos25 are also some of my favorites from that time
The pudding is so pretty! I wonder if you could create permanent versions of them with resin and clay or decoden, since a tiny pudding would look so cute on a shelf with all the other cool stuff! :D
Growing up, i watched tons of those japanese play cooking videos on my grandmothers tablet or Kindle when she would babysit me, they were always so nostalgic to me
I'm so glad the algorithm brought me to your channel, this channel really reminds me of how much I really like watching some japanese toy channels of them simply playing with miniature food toys
Ahhh the HK big city adventure music playing in the back🥹😭❤️❤️❤️ I would’ve definitely loved this as child, even now as an adult this would be fun to have 😆❤️
eeeee I loved watching this so much, the results were SO good!!! Yes please to a full Re-Ment tour, I’m obsessed with your collection 🥹 Would love to see you do some Popin Cookin kits too for fun 💘
man.. seing these kits in the video are so nostalgic, they are so cute, and glad to know what the channel name for those legendary videos was as well lol (the little foods look so real they kinda fooled me at first lmao)
I remember watching these on repeat and begging my mom to buy a konapun set for me, but was never able to get it lol. It's so nice to see you play with them!
@@harlscat2990Nope - unless it had been totally dehydrated (which normally would lead to the shrinkage seen in the video), it would simply decay within the resin layer.
Oh my goodness this bring back so many memories😌, I haven’t watched RRcherrypie in forever, this is so nostalgic! Thank you for playing with these toys!☺️😆
The SEROTONIN BOOST! I was obsessed with the Cracie Popin Cookin videos at the time! Gosh, I love you so much Tamakid, your videos are always a joy to watch ❤
9:40 Oh my god... Toro & Kuro from Doko Demo Issyo... You would think more people would know 'em by now but I guess not having any new games since, what, 2019 or so kinda makes it had to stay known. 'Specially if it ain't from the US...
this was such a great video, i really enjoyed watching the whole process of it! anyways since the finished products are rotten, i think it would be fun to try to recreate all of the dishes using materials that can stay in shape permanently, such as clay and resin, by reusing the original moulds, utensils and plastic decorations 💗😋
The truth is, I have never heard of the existence of these toys, but it was very fun to see in this video that they existed and to see how you manipulated them. The truth is that it is a very cute and fun play set! I imagine it was discontinued because children could mistake it for real food and get food poisoning.
When I went to Japan there were these ‘make your own candy’ things where you mix power and water to make lollies and stuff lol At this one hotel I went to there was a vending machine with a ton of different packets and stuff and there was a burger and sushi ones you had to microwave and stuff
This is my first time ever seeing these. Hopescope posted something similar, but I'm pretty sure that was the edible kind. This is really cute and looks fun to play with. It's a bit too small for me and I'd wanna eat it, but it's so fun and satisfying to watch
I used to OBSESSIVELY watch rrcherrypies entire konapun playlist as a kid and I always wished I could have played with it as a kid. In retrospect it makes perfect sense why it was discontinued, though on the other hand in the West we have a toy called Miniverse that uses real resin which is insane for a kid’s toy as resin is toxic.
OOOOO I remember watching these as a kid with my sister! We loved RR cherry pie so much that we actually ordered some of the kits to try it out ourselves, we were mad scientists 👹👹👹
the "food" looks tastey though i know its not real maybe thats why it got discontined. these kits honesty look super fun question. is the pouder safe to pour down the sink/ inhale or accidently ingest? did it say?
I would watch so much RRcherrypie when I was a child so this was super nostalgic! I just adore your toy reviews, im always tuned in! Also im so hyped for more art content and your remnant miniature collection! 💛🍝 🍮
rrcherrypie woah, I haven’t heard that name in years…
when he liked my comment 2 years ago, my life changed
*inhales cigarette while leaning against a brick wall outside*
I watched the same video of theres over and over again when i was like 7 and never got bored

I asked my husband who 3d prints and he said he couldn’t see why not as it would stop the decomposition and smell
it would've taken a whole army to stop me from trying to eat that if i got my hands on it as a kid 😭
STOPP I remember when I was a kid I would watch these videos and be ADDICTED TO THEM (plus mozogourmet )
13:50 the flag almost looks like an Argentinian flag lol probably a coincidence though
exactly what I was thinking
LITERALLY WHAT I THOUGHT, i was like "whats my country doing ther- oh wait thats a star"
The hello kitty big city dream music in the background means everything to me
it was one of the few games I had on my ds I had to use the soundtrack haha!
i cant explain it but this video was so comforting ! i especially loved the sound effects 🍮🍙🤍
Aw thank you! That makes me so happy to hear!

Honestly these toys look like so much fun!! They need to sell these again
The whole thing was executed so well it made my heart warm. You helped soothed my itch for perfectionism so thank you! Absolute joy to watch 🤭
You can probably mix resin or something in to help preserve it? Not sure. Or make resin molds from the molds it comes with to recreate

yes to the re-ment collection!
Is there anyway to prevent the decay :O?
I think resin would work! :
@@harlscat2990Nope - unless it had been totally dehydrated (which normally would lead to the shrinkage seen in the video), it would simply decay within the resin layer.
Resin husband is a chemist and said because it’s made of algae it would be just fine
