Jim Polaski & the Nu-Tones specialize in paying tribute to Johnnie Bomba, an early member of the Polka Hall of Fame, credited with initiating a new style of polka. Here is “Rain, Rain Polka,” Bomba’s first recorded selection, from 1950. The scene is the IPA’s Festival of Bands.
