Hi ive had this camera for a few months now , i shared it with a couple of other users and worked no problem and I recently was at camera site and had to reset camera and now they dont see the camera and i tried sharing it with them again and now they get message that says no device found , my question is do they need to be near camera to scan qr code or is it just done through emails and clicking accept ??

I don’t think they have to be near the camera. Make sure their app is updated.
