- This Louisville, Kentucky theme park features one of the best transformations of an old wooden coaster to a steel-tracked coaster. Mounted POV of Storm Chaser at Kentucky Kingdom. Ultra HD Front Row On-Ride. Kentucky Kingdom is home to this 100-foot Rocky Mountain Construction roller coaster, a steel-tracked ride that took over the Twisted Sisters, or Twisted Twins dueling wooden roller coaster. It was transformed into this smooth, inverting coaster with one track instead of two, making use of both old rides. #rollercoaster #kentuckykingdom #themepark #stormchaser #rmc

RMC Storm Chaser at Kentucky Kingdom, Twisted Sisters re-do. POV 4K
mounted footage without stabilization = instant upvote
absolutely, miss having those normal povs. they're a rare breed now
Seriously I hate how all the povs are altered now it’s dumb
@Blitzol gotta agree. never liked major parks joining that trend, especially knowing the official povs of sik and leviathan (sea world) for one.
Why does it matter......
@@HugeRMCFanBoY-bx3odits just unnatural to look at
I like the inverted drop in.
One of my favorites
My favorite ride at Kentucky Kingdom!
i love how smooth rmcs are.
Great Footage!! Storm Chaster looks really good paced with some insane airtime, definitely planning on getting rides next year.
Can confirm it’s running perfect, I just rode it 21 times yesterday so I can confirm
Haha I was operating in that. Glad you had fun!
The Track Defenitly Needs A Re-Paint.
Say that to magic mountain with twisted colossus tbh
I get not doing a whole repaint cause it cost money. But not repainting s few spots that look very bad is a sign of neglected maintenance. Not saying Kentucky Kingdom doesnt negkect maintenance. But it can be a sig. You know its bad when coasters at smaller parks that have kept the same color om older rides has a better paint job then this one. Look at Tennessee tornado, afterburn and so many others
@@CarolinaCycloneJamesI know Tennessee tornado is old, but it’s also at Dollywood, which is most definitely not a smaller park
That seems to give some great ejector airtime!
CHASING THE STORM!
Fun!
How did the track get that dirty?
If I have to guess, probably the wheels. It seems apparent that the dirtiest sections of track are during parts of the ride with high positive g-forces.
It has pretty nice pacing through the whole ride
This thing really needs a paint job lol
A complete color change while they’re at it too.
Yeah, no kidding. Lightning Run opened before Storm Chaser and the paint job for that ride doesn't look nearly as bad.
STORM CHASER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice pov

Red is a horrible color for a coaster IMO
