I saw a RUclips show that had two different people talking about electric vehicles for mail delivery. The first was the US post master explaining that due to shorter winter ranges electric mail delivery didn't make any sense even in the contiguous 48 states. The second person told how they'd completed the change over to all electric vehicles a year ago and how much money the country had saved over the last year. He was the postal minister for Norway.

Yeah, the US post master has investments in fossil fuel and that's why he's anti EV. It's a real shame that we're still playing catch-up to places like Norway.

Patrick, you don't need to install a level 2 charger for an EV if you don't drive a ton per week. I drive about 100 miles per week and I've been able to get by with just the level 1 120v charger. Though my driving is broken up by 60mi on Wednesdays and the other 30-40mi on weekends. So i have time to let the car charge in between driving.
