11:00 Not strange at all for this channel - this was a great way to peek into the world we always hear Chris lives in and see how it blends with home life! Great work y’all.
Love the PC build. Content where anything is built is amazing. I love the Fractal Design North. I upgraded my work-from-home/gaming PC a month ago with these same parts, different monitors and motherboard though. These parts can handle anything.
Beauty! I have the 3000 version of that CPU and it's a HOSS. You're going to love it. It's cool to see radiology standardizing your setup requirements. Glad you blew it out of the water, too. Also, love to see that @geraldundone hip thrust at the end 👌
I remember seeing that Fractal case when it was announced and I'm pretty sure I thought "Becki and Chris would love this case!". 😅 And wouldn't you know it! lol I am acutally looking at this case as well, it's so nice!
Two of my favorite creators in the same video! Have you updated your BIOS? There's an update that improves stability that was released a few days ago. I'd invite Gerald over again to get that done though!
"I want to build an at home work station... aka a gaming rig" lmaooo literally facts! definitely did this as well haha and all I do is check emails, and do zoom calls.
Would love to see a sample for monitors even though whichever device we would watch that video on wouldn’t fully convey effectiveness. An explainer would be great.
There's a heatwave crushing America... *posts video wearing hoodies and beanies* ...don't worry. I'm just sobbing in 23 days straight of 110 degrees plus. Most of which were 119. Im drowing in sweat.
Loved the video! But I am shocked a bit ar handling those electronics withput any form of static electricity protection, at least not that I could see. 😂
If you have a technical mind (and I think you do), you'll possibly fall down the rabbit hole of RAM overclocking, which most Ryzen CPU's will love. It'll be hard to do on 4 dimms of RAM, but higher frequencies and tighter timings help the CPU quite a bit due to the way AMD builds their CPU's. That CPU/GPU combo is so powerful, you may not notice, but on my 5950x it made a huge difference for me when gaming. Diagnostic and intervention radiologist? Is that correct?
I've spent so much time scrolling through reddit looking for a walk-through of this exact use-case. Super interested to know how you feel the monitors work for you! I'm sure that PC has more than enough juice lol.
Not gonna lie, it's so weird seeing someone build a PC and NOT use the LTT screwdriver 😂😂 FWIW I'd also look into cablemod for custom PSU cables. Going further on the build, the miniLED version of the PA monitors are also goated. Lastly, the new TERRA case would look gorgeous for a living room ITX build.
So what was the cost? I was a ms-dos and Windows user for years, decades even. But then Windows computers made much better heaters than a computer. So after 40 years of MS-Dos and Windows machines I switched to Apple MacMini computers. I now have a M2 MacMini Pro and have been very happy with this machine.
Rando vid idea….for content only I send my CT/MRI scans and you can show people kind of what you do. Also sic computer, what games are your fav right now?
"a radiology workstation" - I now nothing about this topic, so now I'm curious: What does your work look like, Chris? How's the computer involved? I always thought of you more like a doctor 😅 Oh and building PCs is addictive, but now it's to late to warn you...
He interprets medical imaging like CT’s, MRI’s and X-rays on computer to determine the prognosis of patients! Computer replaced the old transparency’s on a light box that they always show in TV shows 😂
Love the PC! But you should have built in an ITX case so you can take it with you in the heli. Only about the size of a shoe box. But still love the video!
I think everyone makes the mistake of the RAM their first time haha. Fractal also makes an itx case (mini pc) I think yall would like for a living room pc :)
Now that you have a proper computer geared for Video Editing, you going to move over to Davinci Resolve with the rest of us Cool Kids? Me also likey puters. 🤣🤣
Me likey puters.
🤣💜
Gerald PC channel when?
I wish Gerald could be a guest on every youtube channel I watch. He makes everything better lol
He’s a joy to be around
Honestly, he's working on it.
11:00 Not strange at all for this channel - this was a great way to peek into the world we always hear Chris lives in and see how it blends with home life! Great work y’all.
Yessss.... This means a Becki and Chris studio tour should be on the way!
That's where my own brain went after watching MKBHD's studio tour.
Gerald all over the place lately. Loving the content keep it up!
🙏🏼🙏🏼
2:50 Chris getting the whole multi-arc drama related to that one single connector condensed into a few minutes.
Nice job. I've built a bunch of these in the last 20 years and each one is an adventure. Just about to do a build for my son in this exact case.
Gerald all over the place lately. Loving the content keep it up!. I love watching someone give Gerald, the Gerald treatment haha..
Perfect mesmerizing effect when Gerald speaks “Tech” :). I have the same effect on people.
Built in that case for a video a few weeks ago, it’s such a clean looking case! Great video yall.
Love the PC build. Content where anything is built is amazing. I love the Fractal Design North. I upgraded my work-from-home/gaming PC a month ago with these same parts, different monitors and motherboard though. These parts can handle anything.
The case is chef kiss
Awesome to have Gerald in the video. Also so nice for you to get a better work / life balance. Enjoyed the video!
Finally someone uses the Proart Mainboard. This thing is so awesome.
Beauty! I have the 3000 version of that CPU and it's a HOSS. You're going to love it.
It's cool to see radiology standardizing your setup requirements. Glad you blew it out of the water, too.
Also, love to see that @geraldundone hip thrust at the end 👌
I'm getting the exact same case in the mail tomorrow!
I built my PC in 2016 and it's still going strong today. And I learned how to do it. Made it extra special.
Thank you! Fun to watch. Looks great!
I love watching someone give Gerald, the Gerald treatment haha.
I love Pc building and tech! I didn't know you needed specific monitor specs to read radiology (but it makes perfect sense) so that's freaking cool!
Love the Gerald cameo. More (other) Canadian RUclipsrs!!! ❤
I just loved this video. Great to see Gerald in it!
FINALLY! I have been waiting impatiently for this video
Super clean build. Super cool to also learn about the Radiology stuff
I remember seeing that Fractal case when it was announced and I'm pretty sure I thought "Becki and Chris would love this case!". 😅 And wouldn't you know it! lol I am acutally looking at this case as well, it's so nice!
This was fun to watch, I remember the days of building mine
Beast PC build. GG keep up with the amazing content and cant wait for you to do some amazing editing and gaming on this beast!!
Two of my favorite creators in the same video! Have you updated your BIOS? There's an update that improves stability that was released a few days ago. I'd invite Gerald over again to get that done though!
This was a blast! Cannot wait to see the office in the Home Reno series 🙌🏻
This was a cool journey to watch! Fun to see y’all build a PC
Very humble specs for a first ever pc build !
"I want to build an at home work station... aka a gaming rig" lmaooo literally facts! definitely did this as well haha and all I do is check emails, and do zoom calls.
I hope this means they’re will be a Gerald studio tour.
Nice build! I definitely have some PC envy.
This was Fire! Miss your channel! Happy Im back! 😁
Welcome back!
Would love to see a sample for monitors even though whichever device we would watch that video on wouldn’t fully convey effectiveness. An explainer would be great.
Dang, one more airplane in the family, this thing is gonna fly ! :D Well done Chris, very successful first build !!
Love all the different types of builds and diy projects you guys take on! Always something new and fun!
Variety is the spice of life! 😊
Interesting video... we wanna see it in use!
I get NakeyJakey vibes from Gerald, and that's real cool.
maan i love those guys!
Really cool!
Great content and AMAZING PC build!!!
Should've gotten the PORTART GPU. It looks super slick paired with the PROART motherboard.
I love this video! It’s been my list to build my own PC
Very cool. Gets me excited for my build
YES Chris for president LOL good job brother
loved this one!
There's a heatwave crushing America... *posts video wearing hoodies and beanies* ...don't worry. I'm just sobbing in 23 days straight of 110 degrees plus. Most of which were 119. Im drowing in sweat.
The only part that was overkill was the Gerald Undone auditor/blessing. But super fun. 👍
In this video we get to see Chris nerd out in his trademark goofy style which is always entertaining.
The best edit, as always.🙂
Man, those Pro Art displays are awesome. My old Benq is flickering so it might be time to upgrade lol
They are really nice! I’m a little jealous of his 😂
I’m so lost with the amount of time that passes on y’all’s projects lol. I need to watch y’all’s stories more often 😂
nice case choice man, that thing is pricey for a reason
It’s so pretty!
Awesome PC that 4090 is a beast 💪
Good job 💪🏻
Haha yes another Gerald sighting 😂
Loved the video! But I am shocked a bit ar handling those electronics withput any form of static electricity protection, at least not that I could see. 😂
That 1,000W power supply 😂
Meanwhile my notebook sips between 12W and 18W (monitor shut off, not under rendering loads)
Dope ‼️

Diagnostic and intervention radiologist? Is that correct?
3:48 being Christina! hahahahahhaa savage! sorry
very cool PC! Is there a reason why you went with and HTC headset instead of a Valve Index?
What dark green paint color are you going with in your new home office?
Liked it !
working, gaming..same thing!
I'm Gerald Undone and I'm like a sore peter. You can't beat me.
The audio... Oooof, not the greatest guys :p Love you both and the content though!
Will be nice to see how that Fractal North does for the average user. I want to expand to one so bad but mini itx is so nice on a desk
Have you seen the Fractal Terra?
What’s the refresh rate of the Asus proart monitor? 4090 maybe an overkill
After a few months of use, anything you would have changed about your build?
I've spent so much time scrolling through reddit looking for a walk-through of this exact use-case. Super interested to know how you feel the monitors work for you! I'm sure that PC has more than enough juice lol.
The monitors are fantastic so far! See how they work over the coming months!
Hi man. What is the hex code of the rgb fans? Ive been looking and trying to get that color for so long
Not gonna lie, it's so weird seeing someone build a PC and NOT use the LTT screwdriver 😂😂 FWIW I'd also look into cablemod for custom PSU cables. Going further on the build, the miniLED version of the PA monitors are also goated.

Chris how did the ram work out after Gerald said you might have issues with 4 sticks?
I fear the day I will actually have the needs to do this myself😂
Hope Chris used thermal paste when he installed the cpu ;’)
Gerald looks like he has a big head on the video haha.
slick. ❤👍
So what was the cost? I was a ms-dos and Windows user for years, decades even. But then Windows computers made much better heaters than a computer.
So after 40 years of MS-Dos and Windows machines I switched to Apple MacMini computers. I now have a M2 MacMini Pro and have been very happy with this machine.
yea, was cost not even mentioned? Admittedly I skimmed the video, but I didn't see/hear anything about it.
Rando vid idea….for content only I send my CT/MRI scans and you can show people kind of what you do.
Also sic computer, what games are your fav right now?
I didn’t know that Chris was a radiologist 🤯
"a radiology workstation" - I now nothing about this topic, so now I'm curious: What does your work look like, Chris? How's the computer involved? I always thought of you more like a doctor 😅 Oh and building PCs is addictive, but now it's to late to warn you...

but have you installed a flght sim on it yet?
Love the PC! But you should have built in an ITX case so you can take it with you in the heli. Only about the size of a shoe box. But still love the video!
What was the build cost?
❤❤❤
I think everyone makes the mistake of the RAM their first time haha. Fractal also makes an itx case (mini pc) I think
yall would like for a living room pc :)
That would be rad!
Wohoo gamer
the most important part , How much did it cost ? lol
Why not a 13900k?
Now that you have a proper computer geared for Video Editing, you going to move over to Davinci Resolve with the rest of us Cool Kids?
Me also likey puters. 🤣🤣
I have no idea you had a job outside of RUclips
Jacob?
Microsoft Flight Simulator would probably run well on that 😅
😂😂🙏love this
