The international community is urged to "leave no one behind" by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). On the other hand, humanitarian crises are now committing millions of people to a life of insecurity and vulnerability. Due to prolonged conflict, failing economies, and extreme climatic events, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) issued a communiqué in December 2019, predicting that 168 million people will require humanitarian assistance in 2020. Nobody could have predicted that these problems would soon be compounded by another issue: the COVID-19 pandemic.
To truly change the world, we must assist people in changing their perspectives. Global improvement is a mental process that does not necessitate large sums of money or a high level of authority. Change must be psychological in nature.
So, if you want to see real change, keep educating people about how similar we all are, rather than how different we are. Strive not only to be the change you want to see in the world but also to help those around you see the world through commonalities of the heart, so they will want to change with you.
This is how humanity will progress and improve. This is how we can make a difference in the world. Humanity's primary language is the language of the heart.

国際社会は、持続可能な開発目標（SDGs）により、「誰一人取り残さない」ことを強く求められています。その一方で、人道的危機は、現在、何百万人もの人々を不安と脆弱性のある生活に追いやっています。長引く紛争、経済の破綻、異常気象などにより、国連人道問題調整事務所（OCHA）は2019年12月に発表し、2020年には1億6800万人が人道支援を必要とすると予測しています。これらの問題に、やがて別の問題、COVID-19の流行が重なるとは、誰も予想できなかったでしょう。
真に世界を変えるためには、人々の視点を変える手助けをしなければなりません。グローバルな改善は、精神的な経緯であり、多額の資金や高い権威を必要とするものではありません。変革は心理的なものでなければならないのです。
もしあなたが本当の変化を見たいのなら、私たちがどれだけ違うかではなく、どれだけ似ているかを人々に伝え続けることです。自分が世の中を変えたいと思うだけでなく、周りの人が心の共通点を通して世の中を見ることができるように、そして、周りの人もあなたと一緒に変わりたいと思うように、努力してください。
そうして人類は進歩し、向上していくのです。こうして私たちは世界に変化をもたらすことができるのです。人類の主要言語は心の言語です。
