Also the "E" in "ONE" on the reverse can slightly be seen on the front. I cant find anything about the bold 1 no matter how much I search.

I found a newer 20 dollar star note that is in great shape has one crease barley noticeable in center. It also has an ink line through part of the bill. The mark is light black and appears to have been made while printing. Have you seen or heard of an ink mark like that?
