I like the principle of this mod. Many mods focus on unrealistic methods of play, often leading to a game of beating the game almost instantly. But this one relies on real-world concepts and mechanics.
Agree, I also like his honesty approach in admitting being unlucky, dying and not yelling at any point. Either your way more mellow than your name implies or you level balancing is on point. Either way, digging the straight forward, no nonsense style. Closest I have seen to this is DW20, who is also a mellow chap, but still has his signature overly loud intro phrase. 0_o . Liked and subbed.
I am playing the Hypovolemia modpack atm and I am struggeling to get propper power. Hopefully your tutorial-ish series help me out with that :) Thanks for doing this awesome work!

Just so you know, you want to have the water source 1 off center. If you want the water to flow left then put it 1 to the right of middle. Makes it more efficient. I did a lot of testing this morning.
Exactly. Ended up giving me about 7 more rf/t for 3, which is nearly a 10% gain. Though there's pictures of 90 rf/t that I cannot seem to get no matter where I place things.
After a bit more checking, it turns out the max rf/t was reduced to 25 per water wheel (at least on expert.) So the water source one off center is the best way to do it.
I don't understand, when I place 3 Water Wheel on one dynamo, I only get 65-67 RF/t, instead of the 90RF/t. Is there an "optimal"way to place the water so all 4 corners touch the water flow? Thank you!

For this one I was just using the recommended forge for minecraft 1.7.10 I believe. Pretty much just went to forge and downloaded whichever one came up for the 1.7.10 version. Glad you like the videos!
I can't seem to get anything from the water wheel, and dynamo, even with just one furnace. The wheel is turning well but nothing's happening... what should the dynamo and heater look like when they're sending and receiving?
Is the power line hooked up properly to the kinetic dynamo and heater? You need to change one of the sides on the heater using the hammer to allow it to accept power :)
@@minecraft_geek2344 i know this is old but windmills dont really produce enough power to power anything unless you have them at 200 block height and at that point the energy loss from transporting it down to ground makes it almost nonexistent. As much as i love windmills they are kinda worthless for the ammount of work to build them

I would, but the modpack would be pretty odd since some of the mods don't really work together well and there would have to be tons of filler. Eventually I may make one once we've finished a few more series though.

If someone could let me know what mod people use to see how much RF is in a block or let me know a solution that would be much appreciated.

I like Immersive Engineering as well. Btw... how do you get the fluid pipes to work?
The fluid pipes usually need the fluid pump to go with them to help actually pull the fluid out of whatever youre using.

coke oven is not an item. You have to place coke bricks in a 3x3 cube. after that you have to right click it with your engineer's hammer.

my windmill isnt producing energy and it turning fine i tried everything with rotaing the kynetic dynamo and heater but nothing works
