Yes, it looks intimidating on public roads due to its share size and presence, but is it a capable Roader?

Not exactly, If it has a body bolted to a frame, they call it a truck. If it's a uni-body, they feel free to call it an SUV, but don't call it a truck. Why are they called "pick-up trucks"? Because you can use them to pick up a lot of stuff and take it somewhere and it's back has a "truck bed".

Most of the American automobiles don't make sense outside America. Hummer, Pick ups, Muscle cars , Harleys they all become pretty much useless outside America where roads are not always wide and straight!

Please do a video on leaning reverse trikes! Like the Toyota iRoad, Mahindra Udo, Nimbus One, etc. This technology can save a lot of lives in India lost to two wheeler accidents, because they are safer and can sit perfectly in 3-5 lakh price bracket.

Its like... Hummer EV is extra heavy. So its need a extra powerful motor to run it smoothly. Now Extra powerful motor consume extra power as compared to normal motor. So, to get a decent range extra bigger battery is required. To charge bigger battery, Extra electricity is required... & Coal is the major component in electricity production. Thats why its harmful for environment.

EV cars also pollute but indirectly. They don't directly pollute on road but the process of their battery manufacturing does (lithium mining, refining, manufacturing) and also remember that majority of electricity is produced by coal.
And that battery also has a certain lifetime of 8-10 years and after that it creates e-waste.

Not by choice. At the time of 2008 recession GM was in really bad shape and was on the verge of bankruptcy. US govt. helped GM to cope with bankruptcy necause of that they were forced to kill of that brands under line up which were not making any revenue.

Hummer EV looks great but again it is just a flex material. The size is massive and there's no point of driving a big van size vehicle with the seating capacity of a normal car. Escalade V is a great big size SUV.

I would prefer buying a g wagon or defender instead of buying such a car which takes alot of space and just becomes a headache for parking spaces
Even has a light infantry support and carrier based vehicle the hummer was a terrible idea. It was too wide, too big, drank too much fuel and was susceptible to fricking attacks which required for it to be armour plated hence having increased weight.
Did I mention it had a big american motor that made a lot of noise but nothing close to power output you'd expect.

Still I love those H2 hummers, ofcourse H1s were the real deal, the H2 was more of a luxury SUV which was also worth taking offroad. Compared to a lot of luxury SUVs from the 2000s, the H2 was still more capable. Comparing hummer h1 to the hummer h2 is like comparing w461 Gclass to W463 Gclass.

His research is not even sub par. The humvee was never built to be a road going vehicle. It was meant to be an off roader. And for those saying that they've driven them and they were sluggish, that is because once the army released the vehicles and those that were available to the general public, they were detuned. Meaning they do not have the exact same specifications as the army humvee. And no I'm not just running my mouth or being a keyboard warrior, I have extensively driven these vehicles, both the army spec h1 and and the one available to the general public. But yes, the h1 is the only one from the line up deserving of praise. The h2 and h3 got worse and now they've gone ahead and done the cardinal sin of turning it into an ev.

Every year increasing car & bike prices in the name of decreasing pollution. Forcing consumers to put ethanol adulterated fuel in their non flex fuel cars. Now an impending ban on Diesel cars in the next few years and Petrol cars after that. Forcing us to drive battery operated vehicles which are more expensive & cause more pollution in the long run.
Remember how most mid range cars used to come with 4 cylinder engines which were so smooth. Now most of them even in the upper mid segment have switched to 3 cylinder engines which are not as good. Instead of larger naturally aspirated engines, now we have cars with smaller engines and a turbocharger. Turbos are unreliable, they lag initially and are costly to repair.
Now everyone who buys a Diesel car is forced to put Adblue DEF to be able to run the car. Even though it is not an essential part of running a car, companies are still forced to make cars that won't start if DEF has run out.
So many things have changed buddy.
