Hi Shawn, I get great results with all my clubs except my driver which I seem to snap hook a hundred yards. Do you know what would cause that and can you point me in the right direction? Thanks, love your content!
Did you see last week’s driver video? HOW TO LET THE DRIVER SWING ITSELF THROUGH THE BALL TO THE TARGET! Feels so easy! ruclips.net/video/98WTrzUsWL8/видео.html
Hi Shawn, it's absolutely amazing how relaxing makes a HUGE difference. The more I relax and try to feel like my arms are just going along for a ride, the further my shots go. I do have one question though - I seem to pull my shots more often than not when I stay relaxed. Do you have a drill or slight swing change you'd recommend to get straighter ball flight? Thank you!
Thanks guys, I learned some good principles from this video to apply to my higher handicap (not for much longer I hope) game 👍 Great stuff & good luck Sav
Very nice. I think I it hit maybe 265 at most, carry. I doff my hat to you. Savannah. Wow, Mo! 353 carry straight down the middle. It will play. I should add, Shawn was the icing on the cake, with long and in fairway hits. Great!
I was watching the men last summer and Martin Borgmeier and Kyle Berkshire were behind the longest drive. They immediately started red lining and they were missing the grid by 50 yards in both directions.
Hey Shawn! I live in Charlotte and wish I had realized you were in Columbia. I would've come down to meet you guys!! Are you remaining in this area for some time? Best wishes, Blair (7 years watching the channel) : )
Literally just about had a heat stroke last week out on the range trying to hit the ball! I’m finished with all the crazy “body position” golf instruction. Senior golfer here and have watched for years but just seem to wonder away when things aren’t working right. Not anymore.
Hey Greg! Good stuff! So it is finally dawning on you that you are not defective and that when you stay with your task in the direction of the flight plan through your arc-blur that your improvement is inevitable? 😀👍💪👌
Everyone is trying to chase speed and frustration sinks in as you want to get to a certain yardage to play from for your next shots(comfort clubs). But I also get upset as I can get one X distance, or even clubhead speed, but can never repeat thus go back to the time I carried it 250 which then creates paralysis by analysis.
The key is in the task and delivering consistently THROUGH the ball and into the direction you want to start it; see last week’s video by going to our home page and enjoy!
Hi @greatwhite3676 We have noticed both the GC3 and UNEEKOR EYE MINI units will tend to inflate the smash factor and lower the club head speed but the overall output of the rest of the numbers are generally consistent with the math in the hardware. That 98mph club speed with 1.51 smash would typically be 105 club speed with 1.42-1.45 smash factor/efficiency. I don't want to mislead any one with the numbers.
I am 51 and my swing speed sits around 105 to 108 with a driver and I easily carry it 275 plus because I have proper setup, strong grip, and launch angle. I am 6 feet tall normal size guy. The only other person I know in my age range that hits a driver as far as I do is my friend that also follows Shawn's teaching.
@@greatwhite3676 my club speed as well as Savy’s is at 110 to 112 on cruise; just a bad reading as we have dots for both Uneekor and Foresight. The final distance numbers are good…
I’m so excited I think I can finally start working on this now that my grip is secure.
1.5 smash factor is amazing WOW

can i ask a question?... which leg generates the power? or can you point me to a video that explains it... thanks! great video and awesome long drives
Both! See “ground forces shawn clement” and an oldie but goodie called “feet together and one leg update shawn clement”
What is the name of the device you use to measure the ball flight and spin? Thank you.
This is the new Uneekor Eye Mini! Check them out at Uneekor.com and use WISDOM at check out for free shipping!
99 mph swing speed and 280 carry.. I'm around 95 and struggle to get 240 carry 😭.. Sav is awesome. Thanks for the video
Stay with us! We will help get you up there; you are not far off!
I feel you. I'm 103 and only hitting 255 carry. Giving myself some grace being that I'm 54 and a weekend hack.

Shawn. My irons have benifeted greatly from your method. However. My 3 wood and Driver are massively hooking with a strong grip like that.
Any advice?
Less strong on woods! Many need to close less and many need to close more with woods; not the same design as irons at all!
@golflessons and that's what I thought. Maybe I just need to try different grip positions? I'll find out tomorrow on the course. Trying to break 80!

More or less looking for consistency opposed to distance. Is teeing it that high always required for this type of swing?
@@joe-jostar no, see our “driver for accuracy shawn clement” video
“Like a mad seagull” 😂🤣😂🤣
Nice 👍🏻
Will that flat sided ball Mu hit ever get hit again? Bet it’s just a bit out of round now 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😂

Hi. Can you explain why her lead foot comes off of the ground and slides during the downswing?
This is from her long drive training! Self protection from all the added torque from the ground forces in her swing!

I love your content but 280 carry at 99 mph? I'm not a scientist but that does not add up

@@jdheelfan umm ok? My swing speed is 107 and with a proper strike I can carry it 270+. It’s not possible at 99 is my point.
